Las Sendas Golf Club

Played with my wife, for her first time at Las Sendas. She loved it, even though it’s tough. Course was in very good summer shape, though the greens had been punched 5 days prior. Online booking made note of that, so we were aware, and they were actually in OK shape. The terrain and views are fantastic…love playing here.

I know it is the summer in Arizona, and you expect to have some dead spots throughout the fairways and greens but this was on another level considering how much they are charging for summer golf. Every fairway had multiple spots that were not just brown, but were straight up hard dirt. Pace was slow as well with the round taking ~5 hours. I was also crazy surprised they didn't have a liquor license. GPS in the golf carts would be very beneficial because there are lots of blind tee shots, and that is expected at this price point. I've heard good things about this course but won't be returning.

Would like to play again in the cooler months. The fairways had large patches of bare or nearly bare areas and the greens were sandy and shaggy. I totally understand the summer conditions and this seems like a great course that I will visit again when the grass has a fighting chance.

I always enjoy playing this course. It is very unforgiving if you hit into the rough as it is rocky desert. Just take the lost ball penalty and move on. :)

So first time here. You can see this is a real nice course, just not in the middle of summer. Greens recently aerated, sandy and a little slow. Most traps were decent, a few needed work. No GPS in cart, never saw a beverage cart. But this is a pretty fantastic layout and definitely would play it again. Had a fabulous lunch at the grille following golf. Food was fantastic. Everyone for the most part here is super nice making sure you enjoy yourself.

The course is very challenging. The summer value is excellent.

Had a great time! Las Sendas has all the amenities including a free driving range, cold towels at the turn, snacks, drinks, restaurant. Summer rates are affordable and the course is in great shape. Greens were good even during aeration.

The views are amazing! And most of the fairways were in acceptable AZ summer condition. Few of the areas around the greens were patchy, and some fairways were rough. Overall a beautiful day of golf and the price right now is crazy low!

The course was in good condition considering the the extremely hot conditions. Loved the layout and found it challenging.

The course had dead spots in much of the fairways. the greens look to have been recently aerated, but they were way to hard. A ball landing from high at the front of the green would roll off the back.
