About
Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Las Sendas Golf Club's course, opened in 1995 and among the toughest U.S. courses. Two Zagat surveys have ranked it among the top 50 U.S. golf courses.
Las Sendas Golf Club offers a desert course demanding top play as it takes golfers through the Usery Mountains, with a vista of Phoenix as the tradeoff for managing rough land close to 1,800 feet above the desert. Jones didn't create a course with whimsical decorations like railroad ties, and he didn't build targets. The golf course is for those who strategize, mapping the way from tee to green.
After a round at Las Sendas Golf Club, head to Las Sendas Grille, for the full bar, including wines from California, Australia and Europe, as well as four tap beers and domestic and imported bottles.

Visited Las Sendas many times as it’s always consistently good. It’s Not for beginners. Only issue was greens were fast but rock hard. Check spin nigh on impossible. Friendly team on and off course.

Beautiful Views
Great layout, beautiful scenery , greens, fairways, and tee boxes in good shape. Pace of play was only negative and the ranger did try to address it on the back 9.

Busy valley
Course was great, I've always hated when the economy gets too hot and staff in the pro shop don't give a s--- because they will sell to the next person. Be prepared to get your own cart and load your own bag. Not a big deal but fir the price???

Beautiful Course
This Robert Trent Jones, Jr. course was so beautiful! The fairways and the greens were very well manicured. The course was challenging , but very fair. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was nice. Players are given free golf balls to hit at the range and there is a nice chipping and putting practice area. The course was expensive, but I played on a Friday (weekend rates) and booked in advance because I was traveling from out of state. Of the 3 courses that I played in the Mesa, AZ area, Las Sendas was the best. I would definitely play the course again, but I would play it on a regular weekday for $100 less.

Starter and bag bioys leave alot to be desired compared to other courses I played in the area.
