About
The Painted Mountain Golf Club is a challenging desert-style course with a variety of different tees to accommodate every age group and skill level. The course offers a lengthier challenge from the first hole, a par-5 dogleg right, to the last, which requires an approach shot over water in order to reach the green. The Painted Mountain Golf Club, in addition to the course, is also home to the John Jacob's Golf School.

Good value/ Challenging courses
Well laid out course, in good shape with challenging hard/ fast greens that were true
Pace was great and it complimented the great staff and service !
I liked the course. Fairways and greens were in good shape.
It was just very slow. We waited on every tee box for the group ahead to tee off. They were waiting as well so it was someone ahead of them that was holding tings up, or the groups were too close together.
So much potential but would not recommend!
Sadly I was disappointed with my overall round. I usually play Painted mountain a few times a year and now I couldn’t imagine going back. Carts were piled up on multiple holes and it’s bo exaggeration when I say we waited for about 5-10 minutes on each hole. The restaurant was well below average for service and I would not recommend the food either. The course has a lot of potential because I love the layout but the conditions were average for this time of year but they need to make some major changes with pace of play, the restaurant, and the staff in regards to pushing people off too quickly.
Very enjoyable round of golf
We totally enjoyed thi course wasn’t to difficult. But did challenge you at times. The staff was very friendly even recommending other courses to play since we were from out of town. Some nice scenery as well. I recommend this course.
Worn out
First time playing the course. 3 plus rating is too high. Had other tee times scheduled there and went in and cancelled them. Short course. Took almost 5 hours to play. Overall condition was fair.
Nice course tee time 722 played in under 3 and a half hours. I'll play here again.
Staff friendly and course average condition for time of year with mild temperatures. Weekend round and greens were not cut. Slow pace of play.
