About
The Palmer Course at Wildfire Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer and built in 1997. The par-72 golf course measures 7,145 yards from the tournament tees. "I enjoy designing golf courses that celebrate the sheer fun of golf," Palmer said about this course, "and Wildfire is exactly that."
The Bermuda grass Palmer Course at Wildfire Golf Club is one of two championship courses at the club. It features a GPS option that offers golfers detailed mapping of the Faldo and Palmer courses, precise yardages for tee shots and approach shots to the greens, and the chance to order breakfast and lunch from the golf cart. Additional features include communication with the golf shop, a CBS Sportsline ticker with all scores 24 hours a day, and the leader board for tournaments. Its sibling, the Faldo golf course, also features the system.

Fantastic Track- Better People
First class course- We got there early, hit unlimited (on the house) balls on the range. Complimentary bottles of water in the cart- the starter gave us a couple more. Course in great shape- great layout-greens good.
It’s a great value- paid 80.00$ through Golf Now - treated like a pro. This course doesn’t nickel and dime (water on every other tee box - range balls)- cold towels on the turn)
The people make the course- boys get out here- you will love it
Wild Fire Palmer Course
This course is in Fantastic shape. The greens are fast, but well kept. The fairways are well manicured and very playable. No real rough to speak of, but lots of off fairway Chaparral. This is a very playable course.
Way bay courses for the money
I’d thought I’d try something new but this was kinda disappointing. I’ll stick to my more scenic , less expensive courses.
Excellent course, couldn't ask for better
The course conditions were superb. The Palmer course can be challenging with the placement of fairway & greenside bunkers. All bunkers were in excellent condition. This is quite the change from bunkers at most other courses, The greens were perfect. You got a nice true roll, We played the round in just under 3 hours. The staff are great--very helpful. The starter did a perfect job in spacing out golfers. Overall, definitely a top notch facility. If you haven't played Wildfire Golf Club, you should.

We really enjoyed playing the Palmer course. Conditions were excellent, as was the pace of play. Very playable course, yet challenging as well.
What a value for summer golf!
This was my first time playing Wildfire, and LOVED it! Wide fairways. Lots of trap. EVERYTHING was in great shape and greens were surprisingly slow for 100 degrees but also in great shape. I played on a weekday and done in 3.25 hours (after being allowed to play through). This course is usually out of my price range but I will do everything I can to get back there ASAP.
Poor customer service!!!
Arrogant staff. Would not accommodate an individual golfer that requested their own cart…
