Paradise Valley Golf Course

Played here since 15 years, the last 3 years are sad. It is getting worse and worse. Now the tee boxes are not existing anymore. My recommendation is half the size of all greens, no fairways on par 3's (desert area) and only a 20 yard fairway for the par 4's and par 5's and maybe get artificial turf for the tee boxes. Saves a lot of water and maintenance.

I knew the grounds were not in great shape but for the price, would have been worth it. But the pace of play ruined any chance I'll go back.

Dirt everywhere, no grass except for the greens. You get what you pay for! Technically it's really an Executive Course and that was not clear on the Golf Now app. They have one par 5 (really a 4) and a couple of short par 4s, that's it

COURSE NEEDED WATERING , MOWING , CLEANUP , NEW CART PATHS , ETC.

When they close the course down in October for re seeding, they should replace the cart paths.

maaaaybe good if you're a beginner or money is tight. Otherwise i'd just go to the range

The grass on fairways and greens has improved. Less bare spots in fairways and much better grass on greens. Some greens have a lot of slopes and pin placement is like putting into the clowns nose ! :)

The putting surfaces on the greens has improved on most of the holes.

The grass on the greens was way too shaggy and long resulting in very uneven and unpredictable conditions. Multiple fairways were completely flooded along with the cart path all over the course. I have played this course many times and it has NEVER been this poorly maintained before.

Great course if you’re new to the sport. Definitely had to utilize all the clubs in my bag. Staff was friendly and helpful. Course is what you would expect for the price point. Had nothing but good experiences here except for my play which was expected.

Course Maintenance has improved over the past year. Greens are green & clean & well watered; fairways are fairly well groomed and green for the most part.

The greenskeeper has been working overtime! The greens are so much better than 4 months ago. They play well, and break when expected. The fairways are well maintained too. Great value for the money!
