Lookout Mountain Golf Club at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort receives distinctions: Golf Digest placed it among the top 450 U.S. public courses, and it regularly features among Arizona's best 25 golf course. It doesn't hurt that the golf club regularly hosts eye-catching affairs like the Harmon Killebrew Invitational, the Royce Clayton Charity Classic and the Phoenix Suns Scramble. The golf course itself offers lush greens that entwine with the Sonora Desert's terrain, which the golf club says it carefully preserves, and features 18 holes of championship golf in tandem with magnificent scenery and plenty of challenges.
There's a fairly good chance that golfers will catch sight of a quail or coyote out on the Lookout Mountain Golf Club at Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort, and management asks that layers give the critters the right of way. In order to ensure golfers' shots go straight and don't snag in a cactus or chuckwalla, the club offers both individual and group glf lessons. This is also a place to enroll in the Hilton Golf Academy.

Fun Course for any Golfer!
I highly recommend this course when you come to Phoenix! Course is very fun, is conveniently located, and is a great bang for your buck!
Great elevation changes throughout the course!
First time playing here and it was wonderful. I think a fair price to play this is around the 65-75 range. Course is in great condition.
Really nice course
Course is in great shape right now. Fairways a tad long but still great. Greens rolling fast and pure. Gotta hit em straight or its gonna be a long day! Will repeat for sure.

Great Experience
Our group really enjoyed Lookout Mountain. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Course condition was very good from tee to green. We definitely will come back & will bring our sons who would love the back tees.

Challenging course with stunning views
First time out here the other day. Spectacular course views! Reminds me of Dove Mountain. Course was well maintained. Challenging but fair course. Even the short holes were sneaky tough. Blue tees: 6500 yards. White tees 6000 yards. We elected to play white tees. Unless you are a very good golfer, do yourself a favour and play the white tees. You'll enjoy the course a lot more. Bring lots of balls. A couple of tight holes. Club staff attentive. Point in Tyme restaurant excellent food with reasonable prices. Only thing that I would have liked to have seen is GPS on golf carts. Still, we will definitely be back.

Great setting
Fun course. Challenging, especially the first time on the course. Fortunately I had a local member to play with- invaluable! Tee boxes are tattered. Greens are ok- a lot of ball marks. Fairways and sand in very good shape. Fun course- I want another shot at it!
