About
The Arizona Grand Resort (formerly known as Phantom Horse Golf Club) boasts a challenging golf course, blending desert target golf with traditional links, playing par-71 over 6,336 yards, and a 7,000-square-foot practice green with a bunker and chipping area for a pre-round tune-up.
After a round at Arizona Grand Resort, head to an onsite drinking or dining spot: there's Mexican food, and then there's Southwestern dancing, and then there's a sports bar so you can catch up with someone else's game indoors or outdoors on the patio.
The Arizona Grand Resort also offers several packages, ranging from stay-and-play to family deals to getaways for women to romantic suite packages, complete with breakfast in bed.

Fun course
Fun course but too many par 4’s blocked off as cart path only. It’s too hot to be cart path only on longer holes and we didn’t see any reason why they shoyjd be blocked iff

No staff
Practice green was atrocious, no starter present, no bag checker, golf carts not charged, had to swap mid course. In general the practice areas are a joke to begin with, no driving range, only a net, no chipping area, and the practice green is on the side of a hill, super small and the grass, if you can call it that was spotty at best…looked more like they were ready to pour foundations on it….wow, terrible…

Scenic course - stay on Cartpath
Great scenic course. Fairways and most greens are in great shape. There are ropes preventing carts from going onto most fairways and lost of hills where you cannot see where your ball goes so finding your ball is somewhat challenging especially if you are sharing a cart with someone

Enjoyed The Course!
This course was really nice but was very challenging due to the elevation changes and blind shots. The fairways were in great shape and the greens rolls pretty true. I just wish people would fix their divot marks on the green but that's not the courses fault during the day though. Overall this was a nice course and I would definitely recommend playing it if you're ever in the Phoenix area.

Arizona Grand Golf Course
The course was fantastic, aside from the 2nd hole, that was shortened due to renovation and or re-sodding work being conducted. The course is an absolute gem amidst the Arizona heat! This course offers challenges for any patrons level. Fairways both wide and narrow are neselled along beautifully landscaped vista's that accentuate Arizona's picturesque environment.
If I could make a request, having course information on the golf carts would be fantastic. I've played courses in Colorado that gave you "yards to the greens center", so you knew distances better. The course does have 150' markers on some holes but not all.
I've played this course twice now and I'm looking forward to many more opportunities to enjoy the Arizona Grand!

Too expensive
This course has unfriendly staff. Greens were in terrible shape and I was the second group out and still took over 4:30. Ranger was unfriendly. So many better options for the price. Do not recommend

Don't waste your money on this course
I have played this course 5-6 times over the past 4 years. It gets in worse shape each time. Cart paths are broken and rough. Course was in poor condition. I will not play
this course again.

Horrendous pace of play. Looks like they are just greedy and packing in too many clients. Some greens are in very poor thread bare condition. How can you not have a driving range ! For the price paid, it’s poor value for money.

Expensive for the what it is
Challenging course. Pace of play was awful cart girls stopping with 4 groups on hole 10 during play. Greens could be better. Putting green is a joke. Only has a hitting net. Not worth over $50 for a late spring tee time
