Arizona Biltmore Golf Club - Estates Course

The course was a little difficult to find so allow extra travel time if it is your first time playing. The fairways had a few burned spots but the greens are in good condition.

The course was in excellent shape. I was only in one bunker but the sand was excellent. The only drawbacks (star reductions) are for the wildly erratic routing and the range. The turf was beat up pretty badly and no idea where range balls are. When checking in, I was never asked if I wanted balls and get to the range, there’s no machine. The turf conditions saved me money, anyway. Pace was pretty steady, despite being a 2some behind a 4some.

Very strange layout, almost Ben hit multiple time times, at the halfway concession stand I bought a soda and a crustable and it was $11 wow

Pace of play was slow. Other groups would drive into our fairways when we were on the tee and they were playing other holes and just sit there. The layout has holes too close together.

The staff is always very attentive and treat everyone as a VIP. Pace of play was excellent and course conditions were very good. The Pro Shop and Adobe grill are always a hit for shopping and lunch.

Staffing were friendly accommodating and helpful! Great time on course

Played in the afternoon after a major golf outing finished for the day. Played as a single after the first four holes and was able to get in 18 in 3 hours. That was crucial as the humidity was high for Phoenix with a feels like temp well into 100's.

Course was in excellent condition with well manicured greens and lush fairways. Even the bunkers looked good although I avoided them throughout the round.

Had some remarkable shots for me that resulted in a couple of birdies for a high handicapper.

Had the temps and humidity been better this round would have received an A+ !

This is the first time I played the estates (Played old Adobe course dozens of times). The new layout makes the course more challenging. The fairways and bunkers were in excellent condition. The greens were a little slow and bumpy (Not fully healed from summer aeration). I will definitely play this golf course again.

My son and I enjoyed this course. Ended up in the bunkers a few times but really enjoyed the soft sand , compared to the cement sand traps at other courses.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Course layout is really tight, can be easy to get holes mixed up if not paying attention. We had a few groups jump in front of us which was pretty annoying, but this twosome on the 18th hole completely ruined it for us. We were also a twosome and had a good pace going, but these kids thought they were good enough to play from the tips and played multiple balls after they shanked their first shot. Didn’t matter since this was the last hole, but before all this there was no Marshall or anyone else driving around to enforce pace of play.

Great course to get round in…views amazing and course in good shape with fluffy white sand. Some of the holes on back challenging to know next shot as fairways overlap. Will be back

This is the Biltmore! Great service and great conditions. We played the Estates Course and the pace of play was great never waited or felt rushed. I wanted to call out Matt and Frank for great service.
