About
Some consider the Estates course (formerly known as Adobe golf course) at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club to be grand and stately, a prime example of golf course design in the pre-modern era, combining rare beauty with solid trickery. It makes for a round both relaxing and challenging played on lush 50-year-old fairways, with a spacious layout, reminding on of golf as it ought to be played: the glory days when graphite went into pencils and balls were only white.
The Adobe golf course at the Arizona Golf Club measures 6,430 yards from the white tees and comes in at par-71.
Due to the mild Arizona winters, the Adobe Golf Course at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is open year-round.

Overpriced for a basic experience.
This place seems to be operating based on its reputation. Expensive round for an average course that has modified (shortened) holes and really no challenge. Pace of play was awful, greens are not well kept. In fact in general the management of the course (drink kart, course stewards, etc.) is non existent.
Not a bad course, but for what you pay it is drastically overpriced and you could get a much better round for your money elsewhere in the area.
Biltmore Adobe course
Just overseeded, and the greens were very slow, and fairway grass was a bit high, so no roll.
Worst course in AZ
Championship course? What a joke! 6hr round, no rangers helping pace of play. Would never come back or recommend!
Nice
Given the reseading condition, very nice. Greens were as expected, slow. All in all a fun course to play.
Easy Course with Nice Views
Not a bad course. The general layout was good and you’ll see some nice houses on your way to each hole. Overall, the price was a little too much for what you get. You should definitely go during the cheaper hours or find a hot deal.
Price is too high
The course is a decent track, not in bad shape by any means but lacks anything special other than the views. A lot of short straight holes, no carries or elevation. Course is on small acreage so the holes are on top of each other. Par 3s are all 7 iron or less, didn't miss a green today. There's just a lot more value elsewhere, they price like this is a gem, it just isn't.
First man out
Played early AM and I hadn’t played on wet greens for years so I never could make the adjustment. No fair for me to accurately rate the greens but they seemed to be pretty true for the most part. Course is wide open and ripe for good scorers so I suspect a round here in the right conditions AKA not wet greens could be lots of fun. The only real negative I have is the cost. This is not a rip off by any means but may not be worth $100.00. All that being said I would play again for the right price.

Caught it at the right time . Course is forgiving enough for the average golfer. Price was right fairways fresh cut greens a little slow but fair. Would play again.
