Orange Tree Golf & Conference Resort

Booked a hot deal on golf now, paid 36$ teed off by 1030 was done by 130 played as a solo. Good conditions after being closed the last 3 weeks, greens were slow but to be expected at this time of year

A decent routing with the slowest greens I've EVER experienced. Course is a little rough in spots with many bare spaces but I've seen worse.

Course is pretty flat .. wide open on many of the holes .. barely any. Trouble to get into and the greens are slow ..

Great course for beginners

All of the fairways and tee boxes were mud and very little grass. I'm not sure what happened to this usually beautiful course, I have played here a handful of times and have never seen it in this poor of condition. Was over priced for the poor condition of the course.

Place is legit a crap hole! Stay away it has gone down hill since new management took over. Course is in terrible condition they should be paying golfers to play there!

Every ball I hit in the fairway was on mud.. it was almost better to just aim for the rough

The course is in terrible shape. The fairways have little to no grass, and in a blind effort to grow more they are watering like crazy, so you are hitting off of mud all day. The only place to find grass is in the rough. Couple this with greens that are so slow you have to jackhammer 6ft putts. No part of the round is enjoyable. $80 green fees. 115°. 4-1/2 round. $8 Coors. And terrible course conditions.

Love this course but condition of fairways is terrible as of July 5 2024. Hard to find grass. But I’ll keep playing here as like the layout and wide fairways.

Fairways and tee boxes have little to no grass at the moment. It is actually better to hit off of the rough. Prices are alright but for the grass conditions I’d play somewhere else. My shoes and clubs were covered in mud by the end.

Absolute goat track, I feel like Orange tree robbed me. The course is in terrible condition and they have the audacity to still charge $60. Every fairway was mud and dirt. Do not waste your money here.

Greens were in good shape but fairways were burned up and severely over watered. Tee boxes had little grass on most holes.

Disappointing based on previous conditions of the course

I’ve never seen a golf course in worse shape in my entire life. It’s summer and conditions are going to be less than ideal. I get that. But there’s summer conditions, and then there’s whatever this place has going on. Every tee box was mud, over-grown, or a combination of the two. The fairways were maybe 10% grass. In their defense, it looked like the tees and fairways were recently punched. However, there was no mention of that online or in the clubhouse, and I’d take a freshly punched course over this 10/10. Definitely take your money elsewhere.

The fact they are still charging $70 for a round here is criminal. I’ve been playing summer golf in AZ for 5 years now, and this course was in the worst condition I’ve ever seen. There wasn't a single fairway or tee box with grass, it is all mud. They clearly don’t care whatsoever about maintaining the course. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, play somewhere else. Anywhere else would be better than this place.
