Scottsdale Country Club - The Shooter

The course provides challenges for players at all levels, particularly by including far forward tees and alternate oversized cups on every green. The greens were not in very good condition.

The issue encountered today was the exceptionally poor turn time on carts. We arrived about 40 minutes before our tee time and bought a bucket of balls for warm up. However, we were provided a cart only after a long wait resulting in unused range balls.

For a beginner this is a great short course and budget friendly. Several water challenges keeps it interesting.

Typical short nine with some water hazards. Multiple tee boxes provide good options for golfers of all levels. Pace of play was moderate in line with expectations. The grounds were in fair condition, but the greens were a bit thin in places - not what I would expect in early to mid February.

Good for the beginner or a quick round after a day of online work, like me.

Easy and fun to walk, course in very good shape. Fun yet challenging. Terrific practice for your short game. Will definitely play again, and again when we're short on time. Start to finish was an hour & a half.

Course was great for a son and father outing. Greens were a bit rough overall, but still a good golf outing.
