Pro Shop Employee Was Rude

I walked into the pro shop to pay and encountered William, an older gentleman who was the cashier. He just stared at me. No hello or can I help you. Seems like when they have a lot of customers, William gets annoyed. I paid and he remained silent. I had to say you are welcome. Then he said something. Not fun to be treated like cattle. I saw him being curt and rude to another customer before me. On a positive note, the young guys at the cart and bag drop off are friendly and helpful. I liked that.

Unfriendly Staff in Pro Shop

William in the pro shop forgot how to say hello and thank you. Acts like he is doing a favor when taking my money. Saw him treat another gentleman even worse. At his age he should know better. Have him clean the carts instead if he finds customers to be a nuisance.

Below “par” experience

Arriving for a 1:20 tee time at 1 pm we were told we’d be up “soon”.. After 10 minutes we learned there weren’t any available carts and we had to wait for carts to come in. With clubs all jammed in with others at stand it was a mess to try to get our putters and practice. Didn’t care for some of the holes - no par 3 course (with one 4) should have a 400 yard hole. Won’t play again.
