Poor condition and slow play
I paid half the price at another par 3 course that was in so much better shape. Pace of play was ridiculously slow.

Could Be Better
I have played some really nice executive courses so I know they can be special. Mulligan, however, had greens that were little more than mowed fairway grass, and there was not a lot of effort put into the rest of the course. Regardless, it is a good way I find to work on my short game (the irons and wedges at least).

Great par 3 course, with a nice par 4. Rental clubs were new Pings. Greens and bunkers were in great shape, and staff was wonderful.

My son and I are just starting to play and this course was perfect. Now we have played it 4 times in two weeks. We are addicted. From golf shop to cart delivery everyone is very helpful and friendly.
