TPC Scottsdale has earned a host of honors, including a spot among the top three Arizona golf facilities for service and among the "Top 50 Golf and Resort Destinations in the World," the latter by no less than Conde Nast Traveler.

The Champions Course at TPC Scottsdale sits where the Desert Course did, but offers the thrills of golfing a new course, this one designed by architect Randy Heckenkemper, who did his best to fit the new golf course into the untouched desert land that surrounds it.

The Champions Course at TPC Scottsdale rivals its better-known sibling golf course, the Stadium Course, with all the good looks and good golf one might expect in the Scottsdale area.

Overpriced TOC Course

Thought I was playing the stadium course and wound up playing the Championship course. Very flat and somewhat boring. Greens beat up and traps not racked. If you are paying over $150.00, I would pass. Lookout for all the planes flying overhead!

What an outing!!!

What an outing everyone! Took my son and nephew for a great round of golf. Everything was superb - pro shop staff, greeters, barkeeps, food and drink, practice tees, practice green - that’s before we teed off! Then, we started golfing….. tee box to green the course was in perfect shape. The WMPO was in action across the street at the Stadium course and all the excitement of the tournament was felt on the Champs course - what an added bonus! We had too much fun and are looking forward to our next round!

Everything you hoped

Really everything you’d hope it would be. Super nice track in great condition. Really felt like a pro. Love GPS in the carts. Especially for target golf on unknown courses. Lots of visits from the bev cart. After a little frost delay, we were 3rd group out so pace of play was great. Can’t wait to come back.

Incredible course and even more incredible staff

Got a last minute tee time due to a cancellation. The course was perfectly maintained. Greens were rolling fast and the tee boxes were well kept. Favorite part is the deceptive depths caused by natural desert and bunkers. Really messed with club choice! Every staff member we interacted with was so outgoing, polite, and had a great sense of pleasure in their job. Matt the marshal we met on the course was thrilled we were the ones to get the last minute tee time. We also met the head pro, Denny, who was a please to talk with and very helpful. Sera at the cart return really went above and beyond to make our experience end on a great note! Thank you!
