Course was fine but no one in the pro shot to check in. Found James in the grill chatting. Waitress told him we were waiting to check in and another 10 minutes before he showed up. By then there were 3 of us waiting???

It was a hot day but the water on the course was cold and plentiful. Saw the cart person once.

Would recommend the course but you better tee off before the staff moves to slumber mode.

First time playing The Legacy in Phoenix. For mid August in the Phoenix area, course was in good shape. Fairways, tee boxes and greens were well-watered. Sand was hard and not all holes had rakes available. Pace of play was excellent. Food in clubhouse was good. The Legacy is good value for the money.

Played here a little over a year ago and came back today last minute. Had good memories of the course but it has turned into a dog track. The greens were the worst I have seen in Arizona this summer. Every single putt we'd have the ball bouncing all over the place. The bunkers are gone, it was essentially like playing out of the desert. There was no mention to us of them being under repair. Seems like they gave up on the course. The staff was very nice and it is a good layout but, unfortunately, it isn't getting the care it needs.

What can i say? Had a awesome time, 5 pars. Had a 5 over on #2 and quadruple on 3 after that i ran through this course like it was mine. The single that joined us turned out to be a rad dude and he bought us linch after. What a LEGEND! Lets Rock n Roll!

Course was in very good playing condition. Tees level and soft, fairways in good shape, 2nd cut fair length, greens receptive, but a little slow. With that said, the many sand traps were very inconsistent, with some being soft and fluffy, whereas others were hard packed and unfair/unreasonable. Pace of play was great (under 4 hours, walking). Great value with TeeOff afternoon pricing. Practice facility was excellent, as always. Water stations on course were frequent.

Everything fine. I wish the greens would be faster and they level all tee boxes in the future.

Nice course when you can a good rate, don’t think I’d pay top dollar to play it in comparison to other courses around.

One of the better courses I’ve played this summer. Very hot and not many golfers. However, very prompt and friendly bag drop, check in very easy and friendly, range in very good shape with plenty of range balls and was allowed to go off early. Some maintenance going on but mostly normal mowing and raking. Water on the course plus a very nice cart girl that stop by us 4 times. Course was in much better shape than several other premium courses. Tee boxes, fairways and green in very good to excellent condition. Sand a little hard pack in a few bunkers, but I had to find something they could improve on. Didn’t get anything at their grill, so no comment. Young man met us at the end of the round and again was very prompt and courteous. Sometimes services at courses are understandably a little lacking during the slow summer season, but that was not our experience at this course today.
