Pinnacle at Troon North Golf Club

We have played several times at Troon Monument, but yesterday we could not finish playing the course after 4.5hrs of play. He had to leave on hole 16th because we were desperate that the pace was too slow been low season. The course marshall has to plan better the group assigments!

Surprisingly lush and receptive greens. Best shape I’ve played any course in months. Plenty of impressive and scorable holes, and lots of wildlife. Bobcats and javelena sightings.

Great price for Troon North right now and its in better condition than any other public course in the valley. Not as hot up there on the hill and the breeze made it feel like it was 85 instead of 105. Had a blast!

Really like the course. Slow play late on a Thursday afternoon. Greens are running fast. Little bit firm. Water jugs were out of water. Still love the course.

Everything good I read and heard was true. Really enjoyed the course and didn’t play well😟 …..a true test!

I have played Troon many times in the past and even have the fond memory of a hole in one on #2. Luckily I have my memories because the present does not bode well for Troon. The staff was not friendly, the tee boxes were chewed up and littered with broken tees & the greens were slow and not in great shape. I questioned the pro shop before teeing off because the practice green was a disaster. They assured me the course was in great shape and that of course was NOT true. They put the wrong card on our cart, did not escort us to the tee and acted like we were unwanted guests. I will hold dear to my memory of Troon but never go back and warn anyone reading this to stay away unless you like wasting your time and money. Free tip: Go to Greyhawk!

One of the nicest views to see and play golf in Arizona. Elevated tee boxes and lush fairways, make it easy to play and find your ball. The greens seem to roll forever. I will never forget the memories.
