The Desert/Oasis Course was the Phoenician's first 18 holes, which were later joined by the Canyon nine. The aptly named course may have desert surroundings but its numerous palm trees and blooming flowers will make golfers feel as though they've been transported to a tropical destination. Although all three golf courses cover only 150 acres, none of them feel cramped. Any lack of length is quickly forgotten after playing the creative challenges of the layout. The golf course offers plenty of variety that make it appealing to low and high handicappers alike. Dramatic elevation changes characterize the Desert nine, providing the breathtaking views that have led it to be the most requested course. The Oasis nine is memorable as well with water coming into play on six holes and a unique moat of sand on the par-4 finishing hole.

The Phoenician Golff Course
Course was in excellent condition. Very friendly and courteous staff. Played with 2 members, Mark and Karen, who could not have been nicer and told me where ti hit and it and what (to try) to avoid. Would definitely play it again and I highly recommend it.
Great course in top condition
Front nine and back nine both great. Back playing up and down Camelback mountain. Loved the layout very much. Challenging course.
Fun 18
My foursome had a great time on the excellently maintained course. The staff enjoy their jobs and do everything they can to make this a great experience.
Not worth it
The staff are excellent friendly Jack the starter was very nice..
BUT for the money there are many other courses that are better. The greens are slow and bumpy the lay out is good views on the back 9 are good. Fairways are good but the rest is below average. Find a better place to play
Great course but no Marshall
Could have used a Marshall. There was none out and had a 4 sum split up into 2, 2 sums slowing down pace

Beautiful golf course , great conditions , forgiving but challenging , just great overall day of golf always come back to Phoenician
Everything was great except the Greens was slow
The practice green was so fast and the actual greens were so slow and not consistent at all.. Would expect better green at Phoenician.
Over priced like all courses in Scottsdale
Golf used to be affordable for the residents of Arizona not So Much Anymore it's gotten out of hand and I believe these golf courses are price gouging and taking advantage of the bachelor parties that come to town where the men want to play golf and will pay those prices.
Fun and Challenging course
The course has a great vibe, challenging but playable for all levels. Course excellent condition. Green speed not too fast or slow. Staff were very helpful.

Beautiful setting. Solid golf course. Pace of play was great until the turn then fell behind 20 min. Otherwise excellent experience.
Cafe / Bar at turn closes at 1 pm.
Absolutely unbelievable that the cafe/ Bar at the turn is closed at 1 pm.
Cart beverage person was scarce. Needed to call pro shop to try to get her to see us.
