Coyote Lakes Golf Club
About
Located in the west valley, the golf course at Coyote Lakes Golf Club combines a desert landscape and traditional design with scenic views of the White Tank and Bradshaw Mountains. Although it is modest in length and suitable for all players, the course is still an enjoyable challenge for even advanced golfers. The front nine is more difficult than the back nine with large greens and several contours. The back nine is also challenging though with several notable holes. The fairways are undulating on both and water hazards come into play on several holes. Coyote Lakes Golf Club's signature hole is the 14th, a par-3 hole that requires a shot from an elevated tee to a green that is well protected by two sand bunkers and a lake to the left.

Nice Sunset Shot Photo submitted by shortyofak on 03/19/2014
Harder than you think
This course lived up to the description, being a long hitter doesn’t necessarily mean that you will score low. Lots of slope and few shots on level ground. Fun and challenging but the pace was a tad slow due to the amount of people on the course today. I shall play here again. Greens are average speed but but pay close attention the the lay of the grass.
Will definitely play again.
Short course with many challenges: narrow fairways, many ball above and below feet shots, multi-tiered greens. In new to the area but the course was in great shape; the first place I’ve played down here that actually had well maintained grass as rough. The two negatives I can offer, is that the range is about 150 yards long with restricted flight balls, and the cart paths are in dire need of repair. All-in-all great experience and I will definitely return in the future!
Golf
Course is tight. Has alot of personality. Get off fairway and you are in the desert.
Would recomend when your game is on. Wild driver will cost you some strokes.
Always enjoyed this course & it's in the best shape I have ever seen it!!
Gorgeous layout, that puts a premium on hitting the middle of the fairway. Very easy to lose balls if you don't.
Greens in good shape for this time of year.
Great course, steady pace today. Great staff all the way around, from the starter, the maintenance personnel and the café. Café was open for take out and had great food.
Coyote Lakes Highly Recommended
This course is in great shape and has been every time I have played it. Greens roll true although have a hard time getting the balls to spin on approach shots. STAFF IS AWESOME!!
Great Course
Great course, narrow fairways, rolling greens. Nice change up from flat and wide. Looking forward to next round.
Rolling hills in the west valley!
We really enjoyed the play at this course, not a long course but challenging with its hills and bunkers,
And the grass is well kept.
They also do a nice job of keeping everything sanitized and touch free. We’ll be back!
Nice Course
A fairly challenging but enjoyable layout with a premium on shot placement. Staff is friendly, course is in great shape. Greens are a bit slow but roll pretty well. Only knock on the course is the pace of play. Have played here a few times and this seems to be pretty normal. Granted the course was busy but five hour rounds and waiting on every shot gets a little tedious. Need to Marshall the course and get things moving.
Heavy rains and hail. Course not playable. No rainchecks allowed. They made out very well
Mostly positive
As is often the case at this time of year the greens were fuzzy but playable and the fairways were in good shape. With our late start we were only able to finish 16 holes for 2 obvious reasons. First of all balls would lay only 10 yards apart and yet the players would wait until the cart mate hit and then ride the short distance instead of both getting out at the same time.
Then on the back nine we hit a 5-some (never seen at Coyote Lakes) and followed them for a few holes until they broke off on 16 to play 12 thru 16 a second time. A player's assistant would have been nice! Overall a good experience.
Good track.
Positives...
Pace; 3:45
Rolling fairways
Cart dudes
Negatives...
Slow greens

Almost satisfied
I know I shouldn't be there but when I do, I would appreciate some sand in the bunkers. A few felt like cart paths they were so hard. Other than that, I was pleased.
