Grass Clippings at Rolling Hills

A generally pleasant day on a muni was ruined when we caught up with a group of 5. Sitting on the tee for 10-15 mins waiting is not right. I gave up.

I complained at the shop where I was told they accept groups of 5 &6

But the greens and fairways were good but just dirt and rocks if you stray off line.

There were also a couple of close shaves with ball flying over us from other holes.

Cost reflects all this of course but I wouldn't go back.

Haven't played here since it became grass clippings because of bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Greens and fairways were in good shape and the one bunker I was in had sand. Pace for an exec was a tad slow but I would play again for the right price(under$50).

Staff were all great

Absolutely loved this par 3 course. Its nice to be able to get out there late at night and get a quick 9. The course was great for the conditions. Was a bit cold but with a couple biers it started to warm up. I really enjoyed the distances and having to hit multiple different irons and wedges off the tee. Greens were great as well. Had great speed to them, a little bumpy but it was so cold you couldn't fix any divots.

I've played this course twice so far and find it challenging but fair. Pace of play has been good both times and the daytime greens fee has been good. I recommend this executive course for its challenge and value.

Despite the fact that this was a short course consisting mostly of Par 3s and a few Par 4s, I found the layout challenging and very interesting. I am a short hitter, so overall, found the course very interesting to play. Enjoyed the round. 🏌️‍♀️👍

Course is solid condition, if you miss the green you’re hitting out of rocks though. 3/5

great course for the value, I will play it many more times before I head back to Canada, I think its a hiding gem

Par 3 course with a couple short par 4s. The look of the course is cool and the driving range reminds of Tin Cup, just missing the car and Romeo. I’d value this place at more of a 40 dollar track vs the 89 we paid. The carts were nice staff was excellent but they DO NOT take cash which is a huge let down. The pace of play was slow because let’s face it, a ton of hackers pretending to be pros. Luckily was a nice day and the beer cart gal was friendly with ice cold adult sodas. Tees were tore up but to be expected, green areas of fairways were nice and the greens were slick. All in all an okay course to take kids and wives as the course is not long and a nice place if you want to work on short irons. No need to let the big dog eat on this one.

Course was in good condition. Greens were very good.

How could anyone screw up, what was a challenging executive course, so bad in such a short period of time? I've been golfing this course for greater than 20 years and have never seen the conditions so bad and the coarse layout screwed up so much. The best thing about the course was the staff friendliness, now they were amazing! The cost of golfing this course is exorbitant and value for money is non-existent. Let's turn this course back into something that is playable as well as enjoyable and not some hyped up piece of junk. I'm not only upset with the course layout and changes but the exorbitant prices are unbelievable. Please turn the course back to the city where they at least know how to run a decent golf course!!

Just wish they accepted cash for both play and bar. Would like more food selection. Beside Mexican

To much dirt paths around the clubhouse and outside bare area. The cart paths in general need some love. Greens were hard and fast, very challenging. Beers were over over priced! Overall had a fun enjoyable round !
