Nice round
Had a nice time. Condition was ok. Pace of play was really good which was a surprise.
Great Track but Always Slow Play
I really like Dell Urich because it’s a great layout and when the temperature conditions are right, it’s usually in really good shape. We just need more rain to improve those conditions. Staff is always very friendly.
The biggest complaint I have is that slow play is never managed here. The on course rangers are gone by 2pm and many weekend hackers just don’t ever follow any golf course etiquette; 1) pick up the pace (and your ball) when the group behind you is waiting, 2) don’t ever walk onto another groups fairway to hit your wayward shot when there are golfers on the tee, 3) respect the noise level (I don’t want to hear your poor taste of music from another hole) and don’t drive your cart up to the fringe of the green!
Rounds should only take 4 hours tops, not 4.5-5!
Tough greens
Dell Urich GC was in good shape, hard to loose a ball. Greens are hard to read on that day of golf.
Only draw back to course is there is No Water to refill while playing.
Favorite overall golf experience so far in Arizona
A good day of golf
The staff and the course were great. The pace was a little slow but not the worst i have experienced.
Impressive golf course
Drove up to the first Tee and it was in such perfect shape I actually thought it was artificial for a moment. The course was excellent from tee to green. Fairways are also excellent. I'm going back to play their North course next week. The couple I played with assured me that is like condition. Looking forward to it
Nice course at a good price
Definitely enjoyed walking 18 at Del Urich! Good value for a high quality course. I found it just right for being challenging but at a doable level. I’m about a 15 handicaper. Staff were very friendly!
course was ok for a city course.. Somewhat overpriced for the product presented. To bad there are so many cost reducing measures taken, then raise prices. Tucson golf is overpriced for what you get.
