Back along Snively’s Ridge on the eastern boundary of the Santa Lucia Preserve is a spot that is one of the great luxury getaways in the USA. Excellent day on the course

Carmel Valley Ranch golf course is very nice, relatively flat on the front nine, then challenging topography on the back nine.

Course was wet from plenty of recent rain, but greens were FAST as ever. Nice sunshine and great day to be out playing golf.

Excellent golfing experience!

This course is spectacular and worth the effort to get there if you’re considering a trip to Monterey. Fantastic scenery, fun layout for golfers of all levels from if playing from the correct tees, and meticulously manicured from the tee boxes through the greens. I only wish I lived closer so I could play more often. You will not be disappointed.
