Course was in great shape. Had fun. Zero pace of play issues.

The course was in very good condition. They had aereated the greens several weeks back and they were perfect.

Starting was slow and backed up. Once we got rolling, pace was decent. Course was in good shape and they greens were fast. Definitely had a few challenging holes.

Tees shaggy, fairways so bad my ball looked like a Chia pet when done rolling, and the greens should have been marked ground under repair.

course was a bit rough and greens were very slow and bumpy.

Tee boxes were all different cut height and hard to get correct tee height.

Too many blind shots with water in play on good tee shots and several layup holes from back tees.

Ok course for the price online.

The layout makes you think about your next shot. It is a fun course to play, look forward to playing again. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The greens are great. Fairways are in great shape also. What Chad and his crew have done is Amazing. I started playing this course about 5/6 years ago and it was in “fair” shape at best. What they have done to improve this course is amazing. You really need to play this course

Enjoyed the layout at Chesapeake which has a number of moderately challenging holes. Many of the greens were undulating which left some challenging putts and pin positions.

Not particularly long and generally forgiving of the high handicapper but a few holes with water.

Greens were generally fine and medium paced but fairways were a bit scruffy with some of them cut very high, almost like a first cut of rough than a fairway on some holes - tended to reduce the roll on a good drive.

Given that many courses in the area are suffering from heavy rains, this seemed to drain well with little noticeable impact from that.

Would play there again - good value

I play when I can, about 2 or 3 times a month. The course layout was pretty challenging for a guy who’s only been playing for like 2 years. I had an 8:55am tee time so I can’t complain about the mowing nor how wet the course was but there was a few tees that the white/blue tee boxes weren’t cut while the rest of the hole was. I’m probably going to play those course again because it was challenging for me. FYI the 17th was very enjoyable, easily the best maintained hole of the course!

I can typically find early tee times at this course even on weekends

Everything about this course was great. It was a Sunday and tee times were on top of each other, about 5 minutes apart. It was a little congested and we had to wait a few times but otherwise a great time playing and a lot of fun challenges. Looking to play there again.

My wife and I played 18 holes in 3 hours. Guys in the pro shop we’re very friendly and even gave us a free yardage book. Very helpful. Will definitely play there again. Great job guys.
