Legacy Golf Club

Surprised no GPS and I did not have my golf watch with me. Course was fair condition. Would play again.

Did a Golf Now "Hot Deal" and was definitely treated as a second class citizen. Waited on every shot.

First off when you arrive there is absolutely no direction as to where a bag drop is or where you can go to the pro shop. We wandered around a little bit before someone stopped us and asked if we needed help. Second it was a very foggy morning and they asked us to tee off about 30 minutes prior to our tee off time which we reluctantly said yes to but regretted it because the fog was so thick you couldn’t see your ball flight. Third the course conditions were just ok. A round of golf that costs $100 after tax should have better conditions than what existed. They had mowed the greens but they didn’t run the mower along the edge of the green and you could see higher edges of the grass all the way around the green. There were clumps of grass all over the course from where they mowed and didn’t bother to pick it up.

Third the starter was a complete jerk. He was completely rude. He acted as if we didn’t belong on the course because it was our first time there. He treated us as if we were complete amateurs even when we told him we were not amateurs. He proceeded to lecture us on the dos and donts of golf which is remedial to us. When I finally said something to him about it he got an attitude and raised his voice with me. It was then that I just ignored what he was saying because he was obviously just a grumpy person. He was very disrespectful to myself and the two other gentleman I was golfing with.

He made the day start out way worse than it should have. All in all the course is decent but for $100 you can DEFINITELY find better!

Decent course. Not quite the condition I expected for Florida golf. But for the price not too bad at all.

Teed off at 1:53, but we’re only able to play 16 holes because of the slow pace of play.

Played Thanksgiving day. Had the course to ourselves! Would definitely recommend this course for the scenic, nature, and hole layout!

Course was ok. Conditions were good not great. Layout was good not great. Thought the back was more challenging than the front. Would not rush to go back however the price was great for this time of year.

Played this on a hot deal .. well worth the money !
