BEST PUBLIC COURSE!!!

This public course is a great layout for every player. The fairways are in incredible shape. The layout covers all of lakewood ranch.The greens are in unbelievable shape. On a step meter,I would guess around an 11. I would compare this course greens to copperhead and TPC Sawgrass. The the staff is very friendly. The bar and restaurant has great little selection and the food is good. I would highly recommend this place. GREAT JOB FOR THIS COURSE.

Good value for the Sarasota area

The condition of the greens and bunkers was excellent.

The areas beyond the fairways are not well maintained,

Intersting layout with extensive waste areas creating target golf on some holes.

The cartpaths need improvement.

Great greens, nice day

Great day at Legacy with friends, Greens were fast and that made scoring tough for me. Course in good shape with some soft spots short of greens and around edges of greens. No bounce up shots. Will be back. Staff very friendly inside and out on course

Overloaded course

I really enjoy this course. The conditions are all around solid if a bit soft. The greens ran true in spite of being recently sanded. I was very overloaded at the start but it did clear out on our second nine.

Beautiful course

Everything about this golf course was awesome. Staff was very nice. Played alone instead of a 4 some. One guy went out on 10 early the starting hole that day, the other two went one 1. So be it. Course conditions exceptional. Greens rolled true ,a little sandy didn't seem to affect the ball roll.I had 4 BIRDIES . I'm bogey golfer and I shot a 78 from #3 tees(whites). Great time .
