I enjoy the challenge of this course

I’m not a fan of the separate cart deal for the driving range. Seems kinda odd.

Course condition is good, greens a little slow for putting.

Sorry for confusion. Our range is super popular so we purchased range carts for all of our awesome customers. The on course carts are all lined up by tee times for efficiency. So when you come to the course, simply grab yourself a range carts and off you go! If you are playing golf, ride the cart to the starter area, and our amazing staff will get you all loaded up. FIRST CLASS service from the friendliest staff in the business.

We played the golf course several times and enjoyed it

The pace of play was very slow

Not to accept was the fee for the driving range balls.

16 US Dollars for a basket ball is really too much

We charge $12 for a large and $7 for a small bucket of range balls. Everyone loves the range. It’s beautiful.

PACE OF PLAY

Unfortunately the pace of play was the worst I have ever seen it, we were sitting for 20 min waiting for bottlenecking to sub due.

After 11 holes we called it quits. If your going to host a tournament, make sure to build in some empty slots in between so its not a cluster you know what.

Horrible planning and execution from the pros here.

There was an allowed 5-some in front of us which created a slow pace. There were 2-3 holes open in front of them whereby a simple skip (of a hole for them) or let us play through or maybe not allow 5 players with 3 carts

Florida is dry but this course is ready for play. Rough was in good shape, greens were great. Tough little course, leave the driver in the bag. A great test of your game without being really long. Had a great time.

Good shape for a lot of play!

For amount of play this course gets it was in good shape!

For the price (especially thus time of year) you can't go wrong.

The only drawback was pace of play. At one point we were 10 minutes behind schedule and had to call the ranger.

Rare Find in Sarasota

Great value for a Public course which is rare these days in Sarasota. Course has a lot of interesting holes highlighted by the Island Green 16th. Had to think your way around vs blasting away. Enough tee boxes to give variety depending on your handicap. Carts excellent and have GPS. NOT A WALKING COURSE. On line reservation easy and staff very friendly and professional. Will play it again. Had an early tee time so played a 4 hr. round...

Great track!

It's a very hilly course for Florida. The fairways are great. The greens are phenomenal. They're a little slow, which for me is good. I would definitely recommend this course to anybody!

Great spot

You can't beat the bang for your buck here. I played here a couple years ago and I wanst impressed. Played yesterday and it's in great shape. Going back next weekend. I don't love how the cart zhar doesn't allow you to take your cart to the range by not giving you the key until time to go to the first tee. That was the only thing I didn't love about this course.

Big improvement

I’ve played this for many years but stopped playing 3-4 years ago since it was in bad shape. Wow, what a difference. Greens and fairways were some of the best in the area. Course has always had a nice layout and now it’s the complete package. One of the few courses that has a Marshall keeping play moving. Great deal for the modest green fee. Highly recommend.
