The River Club

Nice layout, but the real challenge are the very small greens. You’d think they’d be able to afford to put sand in the sand traps instead of just packed down dirt. The blind drive on hole number five is kind of scary for those in the fairway who cannot be seen from the tee. You really need to come up with a bell in the fairway to be rung when it is safe.

The staff was friendly. The course was in very good condition. I will be returning.

I must say tho, I don't like the pre-round setup. Seems chaotic with the appearance of organized, but it often isn't. Not sure if uts because 2 diff type carts or wat, but not real efficient right now. Still, somewhat minor.

Had a 7:00 a.m. tee time which was supposed to be first group out however we were the 3rd or 4th group out which let to a slower round.

Not terrible but about an hour slower than the Sunday before.

Will return and recommend.

Tees, fairways and greens all in top condition and pace of play wasn't as slow as we were warned it might be by friends. All in all a great morning out.

The course conditions and pace of play was excellent, although I did have an early tee time. A later tee time could comment better on that issue. The only slightly negative comment I would say was the greens were abnormally slow for mid February.

Greens slightly slower (though very healthy) than they could have been but otherwise very pleased.

We were supposed to play 18 holes but we got to the turn in 2 hours and 50 minutes. We had to wait at every hole. We stopped at 9 because it was brutal.

Played here yesterday with some buddies. Course was backed up unfortunately. It’s a great layout. The greens were a little slow and hard to read. But it’s a great track with some amazing holes. Unfortunately left my lob wedge on the 5th hole, and we had the Friday afternoon group behind us so I’m hoping they have it…
