Elegantly crafted by renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills, Windsor Parke Golf Club is conveniently located between the Jacksonville Beaches and Downtown Jacksonville, only minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport.
The golf course, which features sculpted, rolling fairways, strategic bunkering and dramatic elevations that are typical of a Hills layout, has the distinction of being selected as one of the top-100 courses in the state of Florida by Golf News and received a four-star rating from Golf Digest.
Built in 1990, Windsor Parke Golf Club measures 6,765 yards from the back tees. The course rating is 73.3, with a slope rating of 138.
This semi-private 18-hole course has hosted more USGA qualifying events than any other course in Jacksonville, including the US Open, US Amateur, US Publinks and US Senior Amateur.

nice cource for $30
staff paired me with a great group. cart girl was there when needed. a few greens and tees need attention.
Course is nice. Certain areas were being maintained.
The areas being maintained during our play was a bit of a distraction. Glad that were was maintenance, but not during play.
Good Layout
In general the course is in decent condition. The greens were too hairy and quite slow which can be really frustrating.
Decent course, good if booked at discount rates
Decent course for <$50. I wouldn't be willing to pay full weekend rates, as there are other courses in Jacksonville that are better for around $60. However, this course does have good discounted deals and the Champions Card is a terrific deal for around $80. The course is in OK shape (7 out of 10), but the greens need a bit of work.
This course is set up nice.
I golfed on this course years ago and it was quite nice. This time there is work going on and it isn't where it should be. I will take a pass playing again until a later date when they get finished.

Greens are original 1991. Stressed but putted ok

Fun course, good value
Played in 3.5 hours with a couple of hold ups but nothing out of the ordinary. Friendly staff. Course in good shape. Great deal for the money. Very challenging back 9.
Stuck up
The course was in good shape. All personel,other than the starter and the cart girl were a little to "stuffed-shirt" for me and my friends.
Great course
Only got to play the front 9 (wife) but I will be back real soon to play the entire course!!!!!
Course layout is fine, need detailw work
Holes visible from road -- top notch. Other holes average at best in care and conditions.
Carts not outfitted with fresh sand and no scorecard or pencil.
Tee areas need attention
Has great potential to re-emerge as high level facility.

Nice layout that receive limited attention. Course maintenance needs to be improved.
Solid Public Course
Nice public course and one I would def play again. I really enjoyed my experience. Greens were in average condition, but again I expect that here and there in the summer months.
Nice Round
Booked the tee time that morning. Weather was sketchy, but decided to play anyway. Picked up with 3 other guys. Starter made it very easy and was very friendly. Course was cart-path only due to rain, so that made the pace slow down a little bit, so the overall finishing time was good considering. Course is in good shape for winter and played very fair.
Rushed off course for employees' party
Booked a 1:10pm tee time and upon arriving were immediately and harshly told that we "must have the cart in by 5pm". I asked if we could tee off earlier, and we were told "no - we're booked solid". Then we were told play hasn't been very fast, but that we had to complete our round in less than 4 hours. WP is usually good with customers, so I was a little taken aback by such an attitude.
Our round was slow, and around 5pm we were on 17. There were NO marshalls on the course to move things along, so groups in front of us were taking their time. At 5:05, finally a staff member rushed by on a cart yelling out "come on guys it's past 5, you need to be done now".
We brought the cart in and I asked one of the kids why we were rushed. Turns out their x-mas party was starting at 5:30 and they wanted to get an early start. I know these guys work hard, and that an x-mas party is important to them, but why were they selling tee times past 1pm? And then to be aggressive about it because they wanted to start drinking? Come on
Great layout.
One of the better tracks, design wise, in Jacksonville. Had serious problems with greens years ago but they have really come on the past few years. The greens were a little sandy today but they were rolling true! We sank a few long birdie putts!
Weekend prices are a little pricey but their location affords them the right I guess.
Overall Good Track.
14THRU 18 will get you WET!

Greens are rolling nice
I have always liked the layolut of this course . The greens are finally playable. The course is in very good shape fairways ans greens - some tee boxes still need work.
Very good layout
Very good layout in good condition. Staff is very freindly and willing to adjust as needed. Good value with golfnow.com with allot of tee times available.
Slow greens
Greens are slow, course is always packed. Not a very fun course to play. There's plenty of other courses to play for the same price that are 10 times better.
Awesome staff on an overplayed course
Excellent service and amenities. Course is overplayed, I assume this is due to the inexpensive green fee. Great layout, could be an excellent course if traffic was cut down.
