Great Potential
0640 Tee time clearly conflicts with the maintenance crew's schedule. The Greenside sprinklers were on for 12 of the 18 holes played. The greens were patchy and saturated. The few dry greens actually rolled better than they looked.
Staff and members were extremely friendly.
Awesome potential
Our 6:40am golfnow tee time clearly conflicted with local maintenance schedule. Sprinklers were on for 12 of the 18 holes played.
Greens were patchy and saturated but actually played a lot better than they looked.
Friendly staff, ground keepers and Members is this courses saving grace.
So much potential
This could be a great track, interesting and challenging holes but no effort in maintaining the course . $45 for crappy rental clubs ( I was travelling and didn’t bring the sticks ) . There were no club pros or managers there (all on vacation at once ) so the kid in the Proshop seemed indifferent and not very well trained . Had his ear pods on. Restaurant is awful. F Turkey sandwich like cardboard. . No real reason to return
Course keeps improving
Greens recently sanded. Course is in great shape considering all the recent rain. Great value
KBCC
Kissimmee Bay is a decent course. The layout is good. The conditions improved a lot since we received some rain. Most of the greens were in pretty nice shape.

Kissimmee Bay is a pretty nice course, nice layout. It was in much better shape since we have received a bit of rain recently. A couple of greens needed a little repair but overall it was very playable.
Disappointing course
Had researched courses prior to booking and was looking forward to a round at KBCC.
However, fairways were extremely wet and muddy and with no restrictions on cart movements they were being worsened by use.
Greens were very wet, very patchy and in poor condition.
Overall course maintenance was poor with long grass left growing over bunker tops.
Cart was also of poor quality and at one stage refused to restart. Eventually did start but not impressed!
Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
course, was in great shape
Played this course many times. Course is in really good condition now with the start of the rainy season. There are a couple of greens that have a few weeds on them, but for the most part, the greens are in great shape. Fairways have grass.
When Will It Improve?
Every year, I play K Bay at least one time annually to see if it has improved. Every year, I leave with muddy shoes and aggravation. We had a little bit of rain, first rains of the season last week, and found nothing but mud. This course just doesn't drain or dry out. Some greens were fantastic, some were terrible. So much potential, just never delivers. The golf cart had a huge chunk ripped out of the seat, no beverage cart on the course, no water throughout. I badly want this course to be what it can be, but sadly, it fails to impress. Pro Shop associate was VERY friendly and cordial, thank you for that.

Kissimmee Bay is a nice course with a good layout. It is reasonably priced. The recent rains have helped this course green up. A couple spots on the greens but generally a good place to play.
1st time golfing Florida
Fine course for the money. 1st couple greens were a bit rough but course is nice. Lots of water but not too much that comes into play. I'd do it again.
Course conditions continue to improve
This is the second time within the last couple of weeks that I played this course. The conditions are approving as we get more more rain. Definitely worth the $10 I paid to pay.
I was pleasantly surprised
I have played this course many times. Course was in better shape than I had anticipated. There are a few greens that has a mixture of weeds in grass. For the most part, the greens were in pretty good shape, and the fairways had grass. Great value for the money paid.
Worst greens I have ever played
The greens on the front nine were unplayable. There was more sand on the greens than in the bunkers. Patches of nothing but dirt. The sand traps should be called mud traps. Again unplayable. The area has some beautiful homes and if I owned one of them I’d be suing someone the condition of this course was just plain hideous live and learn I guess. One and done! The burger was good
