Opened in 1990, this area favorite is a championship layout designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton around century-old oak trees, lush vegetation, and abundant wildlife. This lakeside gem borders East Lake Toho and features water on 16 holes, undulating fairways, and quick, true greens (tiftdwarf grass).

Don't go
Course was in terrible condition (dry, weeds, washout areas...), and the gas cart was worse, if that's possible (ripped upholstery, etc.). GolfNow reviews of 4 stars brought me to this course -- reviews were wrong.
Kissimmee Bay
Fairways and greens were in lousy shape. Greens very fast because there was no grass on them.
Couldn’t get done fast enough
Crappy maintenance of fairways & greens in holes 2?-13
Needs water, top soil, and care++++ - is there a financial problem lack of staff ie $ to maintain?
Course in terrible shape
There was a sand trap on a green. Felt like putting on pavement uneven tee boxes. Have played roughly a year ago at this course and it is a stark difference since the last time.
Water Everywhere!
First time playing a course in FL. Long time golfer from MN. Water comes into play on almost every hole so unless you have a very good idea of where your drives are going and where your misses will go I could see it being a pricey round just in balls lost. Staff were super friendly. Group of 3 played the front 9 in just over an hour and then a more standard 2.5 hours on the back nine. My biggest complaint was the tee boxes were not level. Looks wise it’s not a pretty course with lots of varying grasses and the cart traffic around the greens keeps everything pretty dry and brown there. Overall it’s a very average looking and playing course but will test anyone’s game.
Not what we expected
I will admit this course provided a good challenge. It's about all we liked about this course. Lots of sand traps and the back added water galore! However; the greens were spotty and the fairways didn't have much of a turf. But if you like putting on tamped colored sand, this is the course for you! The clubhouse was friendly and bartender very attentive.
Once upon a time
Great layout …service..cart person was sitting in cart on his phone …all carts have a corner of the seat missing.
Greens run well
Groups of 5 playing in front of 2 threesome .
All in all not worth the money
Decent course for $50 or less
This course has a pretty good layout, fairways okay, tee boxes, traps , and greens jjst okay. Pace of play was okay but the tee times were behind a tad. Much over $50 is a little too steep.
