Opened in 1990, this area favorite is a championship layout designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton around century-old oak trees, lush vegetation, and abundant wildlife. This lakeside gem borders East Lake Toho and features water on 16 holes, undulating fairways, and quick, true greens (tiftdwarf grass).

Poor condition, gong show on course
Allowed a 6 some ahead of us, and then allows a 2 some behind us that pushes us all day, when we can't go anywhere.
Course is in horrible condition, especially the T boxes.
OK Course but
The fairways are pretty bare. Nice course layout but for the price I expected better course conditions
Vacation Golf
check in guy was excellent and informative. Cart guy was cheerful and cart was clean and in good shape. Starter started us right on time as a twosome. The course has recently recovered from heavy rains and had some damage on a few holes. Mostly from carts. Nothing that affected our play. The greens were excellent and very fast. Sometime on the front nine play became slow and even slower on the back nine. We finished in a minute or two over five hours. We are on a golf vacation so we weren’t shocked by the slow play.
KBCC
Challenging layout. I think hazards around greens are too demanding. Not being a regular player at this course, if you are not positioned correctly you have no run up area.
They could cut back on the hazards a bit and make this a more enjoyable round. I'm a Senior golfer (shoot around mid/upper 80's from Senior tees) - shot a 95 here.

Course condition wasn't the best. Great staff, tho! Everything down here is overpriced, so I guess was ok for the money.
Generally good course
A good layout with good conditions. Slowish greens. Plays a bit long with large traps in front of many greens. Probably not a good fit for many seniors.
Nice Course But Slow
Nice course. Staff was friendly. Only issue is that the pace of play was very slow on the back as there were fivesomes on the course and ranger did not force them o move on, split up or allow groups through. Played the front as a twosome in 1hr 25 min. Back nine was 2 hrs 30 min..Too much waiting
Always fun
Course is in good shape and lots of fun as well as very challenging.
