Opened in 1990, this area favorite is a championship layout designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton around century-old oak trees, lush vegetation, and abundant wildlife. This lakeside gem borders East Lake Toho and features water on 16 holes, undulating fairways, and quick, true greens (tiftdwarf grass).

DO NOT RECOMMEND
This course is just not worth the time or money right now. Pay $10 more elsewhere for a much better experience. Tee boxes look like the rough. Greens are unplayable. Carts stop running on the back 9. Range balls are nonexistent. Bathrooms or water stations throughout the course, let me know when you find them. The fairways and the staff were the only positives about Kissimmee Bay Country Club. The course seriously needs renovation.
Good value
Simple track weaving through a condominium. Conditions were good. Driving range is bad as you hit balls into a lake with floater balls. They didn’t have any balls when I showed up. Very personable pro. Pace was average. Interesting memorabilia in the clubhouse.
Bad dining experience . Ordered a turkey sandwich and it was diced turkey… never seen that before.
Great Price and Play
We came and played this course for the first time and loved it. The greens ran great, the fairways were nice. Played a hot deal for only $25 and was worth every penny. Drove 30 minutes to play here and would do it all over again! Highly recommend!!

Overall this wasn’t a bad golf course to play, I just think they need to spend a little money and make it better. Practice green was in terrible shape. The bunkers need a lot of work and the pins needed changed (hadn’t been changed in a few weeks) & the greens overall, were good, but did have a few bad spots on them. The back nine was much better than the front. Course plays too short, even from the blue tees……but a lot of irons/fairway woods off the tees due to length and tight fairways. A lot of hidden water on the course, which I thought made it more challenging. Don’t be fooled by the country club name, definitely not a CC course. My son and I liked the course overall, especially for the price, but they need to put some money into their course.
An enjoyable round, good pace of play, overall condition of course is , albeit the bunkers were awful. That apart everything was good

Bunkers need a lot of work but this is a great course with a very good layout.
