Course conditions weren't the best. But it was also about half the cost of most of the courses in the area and still had good greens. Definitely a good value for your money. Had a great time.

Pretty decent layout although you couldn't really use your driver on the back nine. Condition was about what I expected for the price but had I managed to book it a few minutes earlier at the special price I would have been extremely satisfied. Very pleasant staff in the proshop and the clubhouse after the game, I'd come back.

Always a good round at KBay! Great layout; good conditions; and excellent pace of play.

As one of the first off the tee, there was only a foursome ahead of me and they kept a very good pace Playing alone, I never caught up with them the entire round. The course was in very good condition, greens were very receptive. As slways, the entire course was a pleasure to be on. One of my favorite Kissimmee course to play, always a very good value for the $$.

The staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable but the course was not in very good shape. Standing water throughout the course and there was no rain in the days prior to our play. Sand traps were in poor condition and some had water that had not been swept out. The course layout was good and presented some challenges but the conditions made the round much less enjoyable.

Great value for the money. Excellent course layout; I especially love the sharp doglegs. Water on a lot of holes requires some accuracy. Overall conditions were good, greens rolled nice. Pace of play outstanding.

Good conditions and challenging layout. Many doglegs, bunkers and water in play. Gas carts, no GPS.

Course was nice, sand traps needed sand and were hard but fairways were nice and greens were decent.

Second time playing the course this week. Very impressed with staff who wete very friendly.

Fairways fairly hard however would assune this is normal for May with the high tempatures.

Greens overall are in good conditions and run fast and very true. If you are a good putter you will like the greens.

Fringe on some green a little rough however did not impact putting.

Played as a single and front nine went very quickly, back nine slow as I caight up to a 5-some however no complaint as I stll played the course in just over 3-hours.

Overall the fairways and rough were pretty hagard. Greens were actually decent other than a few repair areas. Bunkers were super rough. Very little sand. Incredibly hard opening hole. Lots of water that you can't see from the teebox with no yardages to hazards

Greens were very good, A lot of areas on and off the fairways had weeds or no grass...definitely had to play 'winter rules' Course needs some work but it does have some interesting and fun holes.

The course is in good shape compared to the last time I played it! Greens were in good shape but the fairways were in need of some grass. The pace of play was excellent and we weren't held up on any holes! Overall a great round for the price!
