Opened in 1990, this area favorite is a championship layout designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton around century-old oak trees, lush vegetation, and abundant wildlife. This lakeside gem borders East Lake Toho and features water on 16 holes, undulating fairways, and quick, true greens (tiftdwarf grass).

Not Sure
The lay-out is great, but the condition wasn't good. Crab grass no about 30% of the course,traps hard. But to be fair, there ='s been NO RAIN to speak of in 3 months. A lot water which adds to the course difficulty.
Good value
While the fairways aren't lush, the course is nice and challenging. Have a drink afterwards. Staff is friendly, close shop, not so much.
Course conditions
Played there last year and the fairways were pretty beat up but looks like did did some work this past year fairways were better and the greens were a little fast off course no rest rooms and Trash all over the tees club house and the rest room were dirty need lots of work in the club house had to use a towel to open the doors will I pay it again no!
Kissimmee Bay
The course was not in the best of shape. Some real bad spots on the greens and they were very slow. Also need to play the course to see all the trouble spots and where to aim. There are definitely better choices of course to play in the area.
Good location; poor maintenance.
Played this track for the first time last week and the course conditions on the front nine were awful. We chose this course because it is close the the airport but next time I’ll go elsewhere. Not worth the price, except maybe for late afternoon games bc it’s cheaper. That’s unfortunate because the staff was kind and friendly.
Course needs maintenance with capital "M"
Fairways need water. Bunkers have grass and weeds growing in them. Course s not maintained as it should be. I thought it might be in better shape because of $50 Golf Now green fee.
Enjoyed our day, some lovely views across the water.
We were paired up with a friendly two ball and the course was in decent condition. It was reasonable value for money and we would recommend it as a day out.
Enjoyable
Having not played here for some years, I was impressed with the quality of the greens. The course ,as I remembered it, was a good challenge but the pace of play was a little slow. The tees could be in better condition but I appreciate the there has been a lack of rain recently. However, enjoyable and I would come back.
Best condition in a whilr
I play a lot here when I’m Florida this was best condition ever but too pricy
