Tranquilo Golf Club at Four Seasons Resort Orlando

This place is the best place I have played since moving to Orlando three months ago and I have played a lot of the big name courses so far.

I rate this course ahead of my previous #1, Shingle Creek, because it is very tranquil (similar to the name). The course was in great condition, the greens were fast (they had a PGA North Florida event starting a tournament there the next day). The course couldn't have been in much better shape. The staff treats you like Donald Trump from the time you pull up to the time you leave. If you want something, just ask them.

Complimentary valet parking; just pull up, get out. Go inside, check-in, and then walk out to your cart with your bag on it all set to go! :-# When your finished, same thing - pull your cart up, walk out front, and there is your car all loaded up ready to go home! :-#

This is a links style course #used to be Disney's Osprey Ridge; totally renovated 18 mos. ago by Four Seasons#. You do not have a turn back at the clubhouse; you really go OUT and back IN #how the scorecards originally got their respective names for the front and back 9s). They have huts where you can get free bottles of spring water, apples, and oranges #on the house). Plenty of places for restroom breaks throughout course and extremely well taken care of / maintained.

The driving range is mowed just like a hole. There is a fairway, rough, and target flags of varying color. Yardage to each flag is marked on a board. The club-caddies are made of nice Polywood. The range balls, to top things off, are Pro V1 Practice balls - the real deal boys!

Lots of birds and deer to see. I heard there are gators but we didn't see any the whole round.

The WHITE tees play around 6,000. If you play WHITE the par 3s will be short; I think we played them at 180, 145, 135, 140, and 100 yds. If you hit drives longer than 240 yds, you may want to move back one set as the WHITE tees will never leave you with more than a 9-iron in. I played with three buds from work who don't play much so I played WHITE with them to keep it moving.

The carts have nice plush seats and have a lot of pep to them. The GPS is touchscreen so you can see yardages to different layups on the course by touching them. Very nice carts!

At the end, they have a really nice patio with rocking chairs, teak wood tables, and wicker seating. Very nice!

The pro-shop is like a retail store more than it is a pro-shop. They have some odd things in there that you typically wouldn't buy at a pro hop like handbags and such and jewelry.

The restaurant was under renovation so I can't comment on food or beverage there.

Fantastic course and staff!

I make several trips to Orlando and usually stay at the four seasons resort. This was my second time playing the course. The first time I played in the rainy season and thought course was a bit over grown. So I returned yesterday thinking it would be in great shape. I was disappointed to see it was not after paying 159.00 for the twilight rate. Clubhouse and staff were very friendly and in great condition. Practice facility and putting green are in pristine condition and are top notch for the area.

Carts are nice and newer with gps.

The course however did not match the facilities. It’s an older course with over grown common areas. Rough was thick and full of weeds. Fairways were cut down and scalped. Course is in need of a renovation or some serious maintenance. Greens were rolling fast and in ok shape. Tons of wild life and deer on every hole. It is a serene layout and has tons of potential. The price and condition however don't add up.

Played in off-season when conditions were wet. Good layout and well maintained but not exceptional as I was expecting. Looks and feels like many of the other good courses in the area. At times you feel like you've played this hole before, but you know you haven't been here before. Not worth the high In-season pricing. Generous off the tee and more demanding by the greens. Greens have a bit more break to them than others in the area.

The course was in pristine condition from the tee boxes to the fast. Attention to detail was seen in the perfectly manicured greens.

Played Tranquillo today with a friend . We are in town for the PGA Show . We both were excited to play here after reading reviews online and from friends that had played here. The practice facility to warm up before your round is the best I have seen .The range and the various putting,chipping and bunker practice areas are all in pristine shape .

The course is beautiful and was in great condition from the tee boxes to the fast and perfectly manicured

greens. Each hole is framed by immaculate fairways and spectacular white sand bunkers.. From the moment we arrived at the clubhouse the Staff at Tranquillo was exceptional . A truly special day we both agreed Tranquillo is the best Course and finest golf facility we have had the pleasure to play.

I played with a friend and it was my first time.... what a wonderful experience! I cannot wait to come back to this course.

What a great course! From beginning to end this was a fantastic day. The staff in the Pro Shop was top notch..the practice facility is great...the course is amazing...and the staff at the end of the round was great.

We have been going to Orlando for 7-8 years and have played most everywhere in Orlando....this course is easily my favorite. This is on our list to play every year...the course is always in pristine condition and as long as the service stays top notch we will keep coming back!

This maybe the best golf course I have ever played in the US. The practice facility is the best I've seen anywhere. I played as part of a package so not sure of the cost, but if you can afford it, play it. I put $125 in the review because it wouldn't;t let me leave ti blank

When we arrived the bag drop guy did not have our details. Any after talking to he very helpful guy in the pro shop who informed us he would fit us in ( even though we had email proof of booking via GolfNow) the starter below was very rude as he made it quite clear her was not happy that we had booked through GolfNow. We were then rushed onto the tee. After this we had no complaints whatsoever the course was fantastic and we would deffo return.

Great course in good condition and very friendly atmosphere. Would love to play it again, but we hear it is going private.

Great conditions. Firm bunkers. Greens run fast and true. Need to be a superb putter to play this track as the greens are challenging - at least with the pin placements we played.

We played the course on the last day of 2017. The weather was absolutely perfect, and the course was almost empty. After finishing up in the pro shop, we experienced a 35 000 (thirty five thousand) square foot putting green and a professional range and short game area.

The course had about 6 or 7 signature holes. Each hole seemed to be nicer than the last. The par 71 layout featuring 4 par 5's and 5 par 3's makes it a score-able track.

Overall, this course was amazing. Fantastic practice facilities and friendly staff only added to the experience.

I completely recommend this course. Make it a part of your Orlando trip. NOTE they go private to the Four Seasons and members February 1. If your not staying at the Four Seasons, play it before that!

Friendly staff. New driving range is really nice great chipping and putting area for warming up. Pro v practice balls. The course was in perfect condition great variety of holes with some significant elevation changes that are rare to find in Florida. Greens were immaculate and rolled true. A bit expensive but worth it.

This was a great experience, from the moment we dropped our bags. The Four Seasons experience can’t be surpassed and it was like that the whole time.

What a place.......conditions were excellent, weather was beautiful and my game showed it! When you play a nice course I think you tend to play better. All I can say for now is I will be back. Best to book online and get the best price.
