I've played this course on many occasions in the past and it was in great condition as I played recently. Quite simple .. You can't go wrong with this course!!

Terrible management. No water on the course for the patrons with "feels like" temps above 100 degrees (July 2023). I can't imagine why they think not having water on the course is in the best interests of the patrons and the course. UNSATISFACTORY. Think twice before you golf her in the summer. Pace of play was very slow as well.

Course was great. Even with recent aeration, the greens were in good shape.

Water in the 19th hole, but none on the course. Difficult for summer golfers when the heat index is high.

No functioning ball washers since Covid.

There is no drinking water on the course. I live in Florida and the heat index was over 100 degrees. This is a safety and health issue.

Will not play again

Hot and sunny thru 1st 13 the downpour wit wind and lightning on 14. My playing partners gheaded to thr clubhouse but I stayed on the course rasing the carts wind screen an pointint thr cart toward the driving rain. I had to adjust my direction as the wind shifted but after 20 minutes the squall died down. I finished my round and was probably the last person on the course.

Overall it’s a fun course with character. Greens were thin and fast. The tee boxes need work as well as the fairways.

This is one of the best courses I've played. They got some holes that are wide open, then some that make you think and challenge you!! I had my worst game in a long time but definitely will be back!! Great holes, wish the greens moved a bit more, seemed like you wanted to read a curve but fairly straight. Cart girl was around often and nice. Checking in was friendly as could be. One of the best practice ranges around. I'd say only down fall is that had to drop clubs and couldn't bring cart to lot. I just a poor guy and can clean my own clubs. It's a nice option but doesn't need to be mediatory. I will be back for sure just glad to know there's extras. With out a drought one of best courses around.

Played here years ago when the course was immaculate. But, it’s gone downhill. Course can use some TLC and it can make a comeback. But, that’s not the main issue. My foursome went into the bar after the round for lunch and a drink. Woman behind the bar couldn’t have been less accommodating. Asked us “what we wanted”, replied some lunch and do you have a menu. Proceeded to point to a cooler that had sandwiches and said hot dogs. Said we needed a few minutes. She never came back. We were 4 of 9 people in the bar/restaurant.! Great salesmanship huh? Well, I guess she made a ton of tips that day and didn’t want to serve anybody anymore.

We can deal with the course being overpriced in its current condition, but, like any good restaurant, if you are treated well, you’d probably come back, even if the meal you had wasn’t the best that ay. I won’t recommend this Baytree to any friends. Need to get rid of the current help in the bar.

The carts have GPS now, great. So not only do they cut off somewhere between 50 -100 yards away from the greens but there's no warning and it won't reverse so you have to push it back away from the green in 100 degree heat. It's set up so ridiculous I'll probably never go back.

The fairways are in great shape. The greens are still recovering from the aeration, so the putts bump around a little. Overall, it’s a great course.
