Bad greens
Greens rolled nice and quick problem was had weeds and tufts of grass affecting line and roll
Great course great price
Must arrive on Wickham to get here. GPS sent us to owners gate. Nice course.for the money.
Fun to play a Player course!
Enjoyed playing this track very much.

Good course
Tough layout. Greens were fast and in good condition. Fairways are a little choppy. Bunkers were inconsistent some with deep sand some with very little sand.

.This course was the best I played on the Space Coast. Conditions were good, layout was good, greens rolled true, what more could anyone ask for?
Fun course
Fun course with a few funky holes. Great greens well manicured.
A great course
My first time playing this course. It took me 3 holes to figure out one's tee shot placement is crucial to having a good score. I used a driver at times when I should have used a 3 wood. Once I figured that out I could get to the greens in regulation because I stayed out of trouble!! Course was in good condition and greens were fair - not overly fast. Staff was super friendly and helpful,
Great Course!
Played 18 holes at Baytree National today, it was a great day for golf at a great course! We thoroughly enjoyed our round! Staff were friendly, pace of play was great and the bartender was very good at her job.
Good Course
The course condition wasn’t the best but the layout was really good. A good test of golf for a very reasonable price
Consistent slow play
Called in for ranger to get things moving. Told they didn’t have a ranger to send out. 2 hours 40 minutes on front nine. Ruins the day
Downhill
I’ve played this course for the past 3 years and the greens this year are having troubles…. Creeping grass and sprouts inevitably will misdirect your putt and frustration ensues….
The pace was lethargic, the drink cart always seemed to be at the middle of the hole serving the group in front of us-
The staff was great but the clubhouse is showing it’s age….
I’ll check you again in a year and see if you have fixed the greens.
Premier Course in Melbourne
Really enjoy this course. The only bad is if your not familiar with the carts. They are on a GPS system that if you get off of it the cart will just stop and you are unable to move.. we were actually on the concrete cart path and couldn't get are cart to move. This slows down play and for
those that have a hard time walking you are unable to drive close to your ball.
