The course was in ok shape, green was good ran fast, fairways ok, rough need cutting , to high hard to find your balls, staff was friendly

I liked the design and it can have teeth from thr baxk tees. Found the course consistent with good greens maybe abit slow . Onky issues eas the ice of okay. Excruciating to air behind three two stones and a four and three. Waited every shot. Happens when ya wxhedukentoruneys on weekends . But fun xoursebbokay the right tees for your game though and you'll enjoy it more. Saw some guys playing blue (6090) thst he's no business doing so).

The course has not faired well with the recent weather.

It is dry, but not in the shape it has been in previous years.

Very poor organization on the day we played. They had booked a morning shotgun that started an hour later than it was supposed to and took 5 and a half hours to finish. We were 45 minutes later teeing off., and the pace was abysmal managed to finish just before dark. The Marshall was out, but either lacked the authority or desire to move people along.

Apparently, there is a new General Manager. I hope he can sort things out. The course is one of our favourites on the Space Coast.

Course was looking great the greens were rolling true fairways were more then fair considering the amount of rain we've taken over the past month or so..

Shortly after a hurricane it was in great shape. Well cared for. Enjoyed my round even when I didn't play well!! I'm going back soon!

Just a few days after hurrican Ian and the course had drained well and was in great shape. By far the best course course I've played in the area and plan on playing it as often as I can afford it.

First off we were LUCKY the course was open and playable. MOST courses in area where closed, so thanks for being open!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was 90 degrees but again lucky to play. We were first off at 6:52 but after us i am sure it was SLOW as everyone was trying to get on that course and play.

We played the day after a big storm so the course was wet. However, those wet conditions notwithstanding, the course is in horrible shape. Weeds all over the fairways, tree limbs hanging down over and beside the cart paths that need to be trimmed. Foliage and weeds between tees and greens so high (not trimmed) that you can't even see the greens. This used to be our favorite course but now it's in horrible condition. Needs lots of TLC.

By the staff’s own honest and appreciated admission that due some most unfortunate maintenance staffing issues the course conditions are currently suffering greatly. Was assured that the newest management team was aware of the issues, especially the greens conditions, and will be addressed. But by my observations I would guess waiting until next summer rates and improved conditions would be wise

As is usual, the course was in pretty good shape (rough is lacking and needs better grass), but the greens were much slower than usual. I'll give them a pass this time as we had a ton of rain the previous evening, so they may not have been able to cut them. The service was good all around, but every single person I've played with there has had the same complaint. There isn't a drop of water to drink out on on the course. While you can get some at the clubhouse or buy some from the bev cart, it's ridiculous and pretty dangerous to play ANY course in Florida during the summer and not have any water available for nine holes (the beverage girl only comes around so often and doesn't work all day). That needs to change. Also, Baytree really needs more than three holes on the putting green. Courses are too busy these days for that. I don't know any other course that has anywhere close to that few, and it doesn't cost any more to add a couple of holes.

Played on Labor Day. Pace was slower than accustomed to. Course showing signs of sumer heat. Greens not as true. Some diseased and not cut short causing inconsistant performance between holes. Fairways and tee boxes have bare spots and weeds.

This course has no water stations although they provide ice water at the clubhouse and a beverage cart. Only course in the area with no ball washers after covid restrictions have been lifted.

Course recently instituted a rule that prepaid golfers (GolfNow patrons) must be paired to complete foursomes and must start at designated time regardless of course load.
