Glad it was a cheap round
Baytree prides itself on being a country club, but the condition of the course just falls short. I’ve played here a half dozen times in the last few months and the tee boxes, fairways and greens have deteriorated.
Course Playability
Excellent layout and challenging from the various tee choices- Nice Course
Course was in very playable condition for this time of year. Greens had just been aerated and sanded. Excessive sand on greens due to minimal rain
Great layout
The Course was in good/very good shape. I like the layout and tee box choices for play. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I play here often and would highly recommend it to others.
Golf excellence
Well worth the trip to golf at this challenging but comfortable layout. Staff were fantastically helpful. We will return
No one home ???
Had a 652 tee time -- club house closed, Ended up walking 9, which was fine because there was a slow 4 some in carts. Course conditions OK - but not up to other GP design courses I have played . #6 had what I think was supposed to be a bunker along the left side, but was packed down rocks- and cart driven over path. Not worth dinging a club in that. Probably does not get too many walkers due to distance between some holes. and no water containers on course or ball washers ... at least on front 9

Course was in great shape. Greens were perfect. Had an awesome time.
Hidden Gem!
I don’t always write reviews for golf courses but this course surprised me! After I finally found the public entrance (GolfNow - please add this to your description) off Wickham Road, I finally got settled in and got to the course. The cart guy gave me a course book ((no charge) and told me the quick run down on the track. Fairways are pretty easy to hit, greens were not fast but in great shape! I like to play 6500 or less on distance and I never felt like I was on a hole I could not reach in regulation. Pace of play was great, but that could have been because the course was not busy. The staff was great and the Cart Lady was nice. Overall I would give them a 4.3 only because the bunkers have the Grey Sand and the access issues to the course.
great drop in
I dropped in from GolfNow while I was up for the little league rehionals and they paired me with a couple new friends I hope to meet again. It was a great experience.
