Nice kept course,
Grass is green and kept up nicely. There is a drink/snack cart. Good timing on groups to maintain constant play.

I was gifted a Tee time at 7:10am on Saturday 6-13-2020 for Eagle Crest golf course for 3 of my friends and I. Checking in with the pro shop the gentleman at the counter quoted me a different price as he charged me non resident rate as I have been a resident of Nevada for 45 years that was not the original price on the App that my niece was quoted. The gentleman stated that there was nothing he could do and change the price of the round and I had proof of the receipt and ID’s for the App. I then proceed to tell him that we were not going to play because of the price Difference and he stated that he was going to charge my credit card if I played or not. I felt strong armed at that moment and it put a huge damper with myself and my company. After the forced round of golf I tried to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor was off which was fine and that he would be on property Monday morning 9am - 5pm I then head back to the Golf course at 10:30 am on that Monday and was told that the Supervisor was running errands that morning to afternoon. I asked for his number and called and left him more that enough messages with no call back.
Still waiting on a call back
Custom service at Eagle Crest needs to improve.
I have no intentions on referring this golf course to any friends or family not will I refer on social media.

It would be nice if Wet towels were available. But the staff is more than appreciative and I enjoyed playing there

Golfing under C19
The staff did a great job monitoring and encouraging social distancing. Had a great round...out of the house and not having to worry about overcrowding and incivilities that you see all too often now that people are out and about. Great round.

Very nice course
It was easy to find, the staff was courteous and helpful. I really didn’t do much research on the course before playing it or I would not have surprised with all the par 3 holes. I just wanted to get out if the house, anyway the course was in great shape, wasn’t crowded but a couple of groups ahead slowed down everyone behind them but for me it still made for a great golf day and yes I would recommend this course!

Excellent course
The best idea I have seen so far for the pin/hole situation for covid . The sponge in the hole is a great idea. Allows the ball to go in the hole without dropping to the bottom thus giving the golfer satisfaction rather than hitting an upraised cone.

Great course!
Course Needs a little work off the fairways but overall a great course to play. I'll be playing it time and time again to hone in my game. Holes are pretty wide and not too many hazards. I'll recommend this course to a friend!

No Rain Check
Went out in the rain because I asked for a rain check they said I booked from golf now and they would have homored if I booked thru them so their for it wasn't a good deal left there after 9 they should have given a rain check so LOSY STAFF SERVICE
