I have played here several times over the years and the course continues to impress with its practice facilities and well maintained course conditions. Bravo!

So I booked a tee time for one

When I got there I paid for the round and then I went to grab my cart.

When I got there I was told I’m joining another 3 golfers, so they just grouped me with 3 other Gus that didn’t know. Nobody told me before I paid or I didn’t see any stipulation of this when I booked the reservation. I’m sorry but I don’t feel comfortable playing w strangers so I decided to cancel my round and I went to ask for a refund which was denied because “they don’t do refunds”

I told them that I had no idea about me being assigned to a group and they didn’t mention anything before I paid. They refused.

I understand they have to fill as many spots possible a day but just letting players know in advance would be courteous.

Never will go back

There wasn’t a bad spot on the course. Greens were true fairways didn’t have a brown spot on them.

Staff was great in the clubhouse. We were the first group out played in 3hr as a 3 some. Worth a visit for sure.

It was a good course for us to play when we hadn’t played in a while. It’s nice and open not too technical. But enough challenge to make it interesting.

The course was in great shape and the greens were putting smoothly. Playing here was fun and a good test but not something that was too hard. I had a great time.

Layout and grass very good. Enjoyed the challenge. Course guys were outstanding.

One of our foresome was injured the morning of our tee time. Called Golf Now customer service, no help the adjust for the issue. The course charged me for 3 golfers, thank you, but Golf Now charged me later for the injured no show golfer, really. So much for customer service and customer care.

I have played Rhodes Ranch 5 times. The course has always been in great shape. Weekdays rounds are played in just over 4 hours. Saturday and Sunday are PAINFULLY SLOW 5 + hours. Our group never saw a beverage cart.

If you want anything at the turn it takes 15 min because you must go to the “bar restaurant” and wait your turn.

Staff very accommodating and professional. Teed off on time and pace was sub 4 hours. Course is well kept and greens are fast.

Rhodes Ranch was in great shape from tees to greens! The greens putted pure and fast. I’d definitely play again.

This golf course charge country club pricing and did not have any country club amenities whatsoever. There was no staff to assist with club drop off. You could not get your keys until five minutes before teatime. The rubber tease on the mats for the driving range were all gone. The staff told us that people kept stealing them so you have to bring your own. Who would’ve known that in advance unless you played their regularly? The starter was very materialistic. He barked out orders at us and told us three times to keep up with the pace of play and that four hour and 30 was the maximum time.

Here’s the kicker for me. I am left-handed and on the eighth hole my putter shaft snapped. I called the clubhouse to see if they had a left-hand putter I could borrow or rent. They said they would look into it to come into the clubhouse. I go in and they were gonna charge me $60 which is the amount for a full set of clubs for 18 holes. I only had nine holes to play and all they wanted to do was blaming it on corporate and no one took responsibility or apologize for this poor, poor decision. Because of this, I will never play this course again. There are too many in Vegas that understands customer service. This was pathetic.

Great time here since we got there with the service and all the workers, course conditions were great, next time we come back to Vegas we’ll stop by here again !
