Rhodes Ranch Country Club

My wife and I have lived in Rhodes Ranch for five years. I’m not sure why, but the employees of the golf course are the nastiest in Vegas. Probably time to replace them with ai. I never write reviews, but the friends I play with mentioned it to me, but we have experienced it many times before. Today we went to lunch with friends, who don’t live and Rhodes Ranch made similar complaints to us about the mean employees. They don’t play there any more because of it. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind to people

I’ve played this course several times now and what keeps me coming back is the beautiful greens. Immaculately kept course with stunning views and challenging enough for my level. I would highly recommend and given the local price; it’s a fair deal. Staff is always friendly and helpful when needed.

Based on the condition of the greens, they were punched not too long ago and have not recovered fully yet (see pics). Other than that, the course was in overall good condition. Pace of play was excellent. Range is mats only. Beverage carts stops at 3pm, so stock up if you are playing in the afternoon heat. Should be excellent in about 2 weeks if they water the greens sufficiently

Played today from the Blue. Did well! Course is in great conditions. Greens were smooth and true. Well worth the money and time play there!

Great fun course. Played early on Friday (6:30AM) and it was a four hour round.

Course was in excellent condition. Pace of play was a little slow, not awful. I would definitely return to play it again.

A little disappointed showing up for a 739 tee time only to find out they were punching the front 9 while starting us on the back. Putting green was closed, range was mats with golf balls that were so old they barley had dimples. Im sure if we would gave played greens that were not punched it would have been a better experience.

It approached a 5 hour round. The Ranger was on the course but that was a waste of gas.On the 8th hole the foursome ahead of us spent a full ten minutes with the cart girl with the green empty. In fact one of the players ran to the restroom (from about 70 yrds) and back before the cart girl left, the 3 some had still not hit their second shots.

I have played here several times over the years and the course continues to impress with its practice facilities and well maintained course conditions. Bravo!

So I booked a tee time for one

When I got there I paid for the round and then I went to grab my cart.

When I got there I was told I’m joining another 3 golfers, so they just grouped me with 3 other Gus that didn’t know. Nobody told me before I paid or I didn’t see any stipulation of this when I booked the reservation. I’m sorry but I don’t feel comfortable playing w strangers so I decided to cancel my round and I went to ask for a refund which was denied because “they don’t do refunds”

I told them that I had no idea about me being assigned to a group and they didn’t mention anything before I paid. They refused.

I understand they have to fill as many spots possible a day but just letting players know in advance would be courteous.

Never will go back

There wasn’t a bad spot on the course. Greens were true fairways didn’t have a brown spot on them.

Staff was great in the clubhouse. We were the first group out played in 3hr as a 3 some. Worth a visit for sure.
