About
Hidden in the folds of the Southern Nevada desert is the lush oasis of Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. The abundance and variety of water features characterize the golf course. Ponds and lakes come into play frequently. There are also mature palms lining the gently rolling fairways and generous greens. The club is known for the immaculate maintenance of the verdant tropical landscape. The course is player-friendly while at the same time offering Las Vegas golfers some unexpected challenges. The layout boasts a set of four impressive par 3s including the scenic third hole, which requires a tee shot over a pond. The designer, Ted Robinson, touted the holes as the best he's ever designed. Rolling mounds and strategic bunkering as well as the occasional multi-tiered green make the golf course more difficult, but there are wide fairways and ample landing areas to provide a balance. The playability of the course combined with the reasonable rates, especially for Las Vegas golf, has earned the club a popular following.

Slow play but great course
Almost a 5 hour round today . Course in real good condition though.. staff very nice
Price
The prices are going up, resident/non-resident rates have a big difference .
ONLY REVIEW TO READ
I played the tips at this course and it is challenging despite the short layout. I’m pretty confident you will use every club in your bag here and you will take your phone out to take some fantastic photos to share with your buddies up north. Fairways are perfect and the greens run true . Plus, the ice bucket is an absolute bonus. Only negative part of this course is during the week you cannot use the range. Only mats. Grass for the weekends only.
Great Day for Golfing
For this being my second time to play the course, it did not fail. The course was in very good shape, fairways and greens were nice. Overall, very enjoyable day of golf. Looking forward to my next round, especially in April and November.
Try this place you won’t be disappointed
Hadn’t been in a few years and pleased to have another great time at Rhodes Ranch.
We will be back next time in town. Was the best overall of the courses played on our trip for condition and staff friendliness by far.
Great course
We try to play this course every time we go to Vegas. But it getting expensive, especially with the resident/non-resident rates. That goodness I had a coupon with Golf now tha saved us.
Lovely Course. Slow. Staff Not Interested
Positives - excellent layout, great conditions, really playable.
Negatives
- SLOW play and no marshalls. Usual story of people on the course playing golf that had couldn't hit the ball and had no idea about pace of play with no one to move them along or educate them.
- Pro shop staff. Went to check in and was ignored until one of the four members of staff told the rest a story. Maybe if the staff were either more attentive to their customers or even better deployed out as course marshalls golfers would get a better overall experience?
- No free range balls. Just add onto green fee then we don't know otherwise feels a let down to have to pay.
Overall though an enjoyable day out.
