We apologize that our Marshalls had to leave before three and as you are aware it was extremely busy, we cut off new tee times early in the day. We tried to expedite as much as possible we came up short and sorry for that. Moving forward we will be adding GPS to the carts in the near future to help with this problem,

We strive to maintain the best possible experience for all of our golfers, we cant please everyone. We understand your frustration with the carts running behind on the course causing you to have to wait a little extra time. We treat it like a frost delay and sometimes even with simple math, we cant guarantee all the golfers finish in the reasonable pace of 4 hours and 30 minutes, which in turn slows our ability to flip carts for the next rounds to go out. Typically we are able to stay on pace, sometimes we fall behind despite our best efforts. I don't want to call out the blatant mistruths in your comment but will just say there is at least one if not more.

We agree with you 100%. We have a great superintendent and plan on only improving the overall experience.

We would definitely like to address this particular hit piece with an honest and straight forward response. The reason we didn't have your tee time isn't because of any error from our side. After you were allowed to play 30 minutes later than the tee time that had been cancelled by GolfNow, after you had reduced it from 4 to two and then according to GolfNow they had notes in their system stating the time was cancelled by guest. We don't have anything further to say on that front as we can only go off of what we were told by GolfNow. The range does get quite a bit of use and we do apologize that the free range balls you received at check in weren't able to be hit off of the grass. We cant simply move the hitting area back every time a guest feels its needed, otherwise it would be on mats rather early in the season. We do apologize that the restrooms have to be cleaned from time to time. I feel you are meaning a toilet. Yes we only have two toilets but for men we do also have several urinals available. As far as our clubhouse design, we agree that we need more toilets and will definitely bring up your complaint about restrooms to the owner.
