Rhodes Ranch Country Club

Coarse and pace was excellent, if only each player would fix their own divot and ONE more. There were a lot of unfixed divots otherwise greens were great. FYI, water stations throughout however no cart girl for 2 pm tee time, bring your container or LOTS of water!!

Always enjoy playing here. The changes are nice . Course was in good condition. Staff was great.

Was not worth the money.

First issue was the gate guard who refused to let me in without giving him my license.

This is newer to this course I told him as I have never had to do this before and he argued back they check everyone’s ID and continued on arguing.

I just am thankful I have my wallet because there’s times I play with just bringing my debit card. Who wants a bulky wallet in course. No where does it say private gate w/ ID check. By the way one my 4sum got in without showing license so this obviously isn’t an every time thing like he wanted to argue for 5 mins.

we got ourselves stuck behind a slow group. To define slow group it took us 5 1/2 hours to finish this round. Mind you this course has only 3 par 5’s. So that’s ridiculous time!

We had a group of 8 on our backside the entire time. Marshall never came along to tell them about pace of play either.

3rd hole we pull up on and the sprinklers are on at the tee box. Same thing for the next hole.

So now we are playing in soaking wet grass 2 back to back holes at 11am.

The course itself was in ok condition. A good amount of holes with geese and duck feces all over. I know this can be apart of a course but this was beyond bad.

Come to finish the round we are completely unsatisfied mostly due to the pace of play. We finally felt good on the last couple holes.

Wanted to go around to play another now that the course wasn’t stacked with groups only 10 mins apart. Talk to the pro shop and explain the situation. Told its $35 to replay. We explain its after 4pm and we won’t be to play them all, response was “well you can play 2 holes for $35 for all I care”. Being a local this is the first time I have had a course give problems in regards to playing again ESPECIALLY considering we had issues with the course.

The management Chad had no desire to right his wrong. In fact he went on to tell us how prestigious his course was and “we were lucky to be offered anything less than $50 which is what the person just paid to go out” I checked golf now at the exact time he’s telling us this and it was $40.

Long story short this course is not worth the troubles. Go play somewhere else in Vegas that respects its local golfers.

As you can see management has been an issue here for awhile. Other complaints seem to be directed at him as well.

Rhodes Ranch is a great course for all skill levels and the staff is top notch too.

The course is a great track for both beginners and scratch golfers.

WAY OVER BOOKED!!

It took us 5 1/2 hours to play the course and it’s also a super short course to begin with.

We had a group in front beginners nothing wrong with that however they had no Marshall’s patrolling the pace of play.

We were backed up all day to where it was hard to get into the game.

They only had water on 2 holes usually summer you provide more not a huge set back can be worked around as cart girl was quick.

They had the water on at 2 different tee boxes. For the price I shouldn’t be waiting for the sprinklers to turn off to play through the hole.

Course condition was so so. I would say they have a couple nice holes but all in al the course wasn’t in the best shape. For being a smaller and shorter course would think that the quality would increase.

We felt very unsatisfied with the round and attempted to play another 9 at least. We were told it was $35 no matter what. Upon implying we wouldn’t be playing all 18 due to time and listing the issues we encountered the front desk responded “you can play 2 holes for all I care it’s still 35”. Majority of the courses advertising right now are $40 for a none replay of the course. Would have expected better treatment for a repeat local customer. Do yourself a favor go play revere or chimera it’s better condition and price!

The staff was very disrespectful and I kind of got a feeling that they did not really want Black people out there the second time I’ve tried to play that place and I didn’t even get the tea off very disrespectful young lady at the bag drop the ball in the clubhouse was very disrespectful and unprofessional I would never play there again I would never try to play there again

The course is in great condition, pace of play was perfect and every staff interaction was great. Love playing here!

Course has a nice layout , but the greens were really slow. Tee box’s, fairways and greens need to be mowed.Nice course but needs some maintenance.

Starting off was very nice, the guy that gave us the golf cart was very friendly, and welcoming. We started the course on hole 10 the pace of play was good, no waiting in front or back of us. Finishing hole 17 we were in for one hour and forty minutes when the ranger stopped us and told us to pick up the pace of play, when no one was even waiting behind us and we were on pace with our play already. It definitely ruined our excitement at the golf course(my wife is a beginner, started playing 6 months ago, and felt pressured hitting every shot to hold off the line). Maybe they shouldnt be booking every 8 minutes because not everyone are scratch golfers... We still finished our round in 4 hours with 4 players seems on pace to me.

Everything was in great shape! Staff was friendly, fairways and greens in amazing condition!
