Rhodes Ranch Country Club

Great conditions. Fun layout. Great staff. Value for the money. What else could you ask for!?

This course was in good shape. Fairways and green were good and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would play this course again.

I had a great time playing this course. Course conditions were great and fast pace of play. My only wish would’ve been to see a beverage cart out on the course, instead of just at the turn. But other than that, it was an exceptional round! I will definitely be back.

Just got off the phone with golf now after finding out that this course just charged me $130. I had a 852 tee time and called the starter to let him know I was running late . He gave me two options skip the first hole or we can find someone to replace you . I said replace me and I booked at chimera 45 min later . Checked my banking info to find out Rhodes ranch charged me $130. Golf now called and they said they will not return my money .

I accidentally left my Tom Ford Sunglasses in the cart and called to see if they were found. Apparently the cart clean up crew or person saw an opportunity to pickup a new pair of $700 shades. Not cool, I'm sure management could find out who worked that shift and figure out who's wearing nice shades or talk to the clean up crew to just bring it forth.

I play here quite a bit with a group of about 20 guys and this is such a bad taste from the staff who we usually tip very well.

I really enjoyed play golf this course. People at golf club, especially Steven Goodman is awesome, nice, flexible, and kind to help me. I want to back to play this course as soon as possible.

From the moment we pulled up until we left, it seemed that having us there to play golf was a bother to the entire staff. Bag drop was staffed by two guys sitting in carts talking to each other and after we started unpacking, one guy drove over and asked if we needed help. We said "it's our first time here, so we aren't sure where to go". His response was to throw our clubs on the cart and tell us to meet him around back. Checking in to pay was met by three people talking to each other away from the counter, and one final came over, asked my name and tee time, and proceeded to run my card. I asked where to go and he said around the corner. That's when we had the misfortune of meeting the guy running the staging area. Our clubs had been transferred to another cart. Mind you, we are an hour early so we could warm up. We asked if we could drive our cart to an available space by the practice range. The response: a terse NO. We asked if we could get a key for the cart. The response: you will get a key when it is your turn to go to the first tee. No explanation, just the facts. We asked where we could get a towel to clean our clubs. The response: over there. So, we had to walk back and forth to our cart from the range as we worked through our warm up. I guess I could have taken my clubs off the cart but I was thrown by the Overlord of Cart Staging and just off my game at that point.

The course is in great shape, greens are patchy but rolled true and fast, and we had a great round. Beverage cart attendants were the highlight of the staff - friendly, upsold respectfully, and we saw them 3 times.

Upon completion of our round, the Overlord was still watching over the area. We saw the sign about no carts in the parking lot, but we asked about how best to get our clubs to the car, quite a walk away. Without looking up, he pointed and said: park there and carry them out.

Now that I know the routine, I will prepay my round and not have to talk to anyone that works there. I think I will give myself and my friends better customer service without intruding on the staff's day. At least I saved $20 in tips and bought a drink off-property instead!
