Delaware Springs Golf Course

These greens are the closest to the bent grass greens in the north. They roll very true with no bouncy bounce

like

most of the other greens in the area.

Played this course again and enjoyed it more because it really takes some familiarity to score well.

Greens were not as lightening fast as the last time I played it, but are really decent.

The best greens I’ve played on in the Austin area, people actually fix their ball marks. One draw back no cart girl until March, but the layout of the course puts you back at the clubhouse halfway through each nine.

Great value, great amenities, friendly staff! Course was in great condition, fast greens for Feb 2. Travel out from Austin once every few months.

Not so easy a course to play the first time! I'm looking forward to giving it another try this week. Just stay below the hole and be prepared for lightening fast greens!

I love this course. Best value in the hill country. I get withdrawals if I haven’t played it in a few weeks. Great place to play.

Horribly slow pace of play. We weren't going to come close to finishing the back nine, so I asked the proshop for a rain check for nine holes at a later date when they weren't as busy. The staff was agreeable to this until they saw I had booked, (and pre-paid) through GOLF NOW. The staff then acted as if it was our fault for using GOLF NOW, and refused any recourse other than me taking it up with GOLF NOW. If the Marshall would have spent less time helping people find their mis-hit golf balls, and more time encouraging ready golf, this would have been a much better experience! I have used GOLF NOW for at least 20 years all over the country. I feel that given the driving distance to the course, (85 miles for 3 of us), at least a 50% refund is in order. Thanks

first time at the course. it was in great shape, really fast greens, fairways were generous with their roll. Deer everywhere and very senic.

Course was in great shape even after all day rain the day before. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Will definitely play there again.

Course is always in good condition and Staff is friendly also. My only complaint is that the Nokn Group that goes off every day never gets policed like a normal foursome does.

Played behind the last Noon Group Monday and they were consistently behind the group in front of them.

Great course. Challenging for me as a novice. Water came into play on one hole. Several sand traps that require some strategy. Greens were fast

Beautiful and healthy course definitely worth playing

Played in a threesome had beautiful weather, and the course was in decent shape. The greens rolled very fast and you had to commit to your putts. Our pace of play was good. We finished 18 and under 4 1/2 hours with a little bit of weight at some of the tea boxes for the foursome in front of us.
