Ts and fairways in excellent condition. Greens immaculate and fast.

Rough has allot of bare spots.

Course was in good shape tee boxes are level well kept. Fairway are clean and green smoothe and putt well .water comes into play , allows player to need to place your golf ball for the next shot . Seems to be plenty of services and amenities away from the course .

We were greeted by staff in a very welcoming way....the weather was good, the course was in good condition and the pace of play was fair. We were fortunate to play with a nice couple.

We enjoyed our round here! The course was in good condition, the staff was really friendly and it was affordable. It is a typical layout in a subdivision setting with homes lining both sides of every fairway. There are several holes where water comes into play and hole 18 is a real challenge. Pace of play was kind of slow but the course was packed. My wife and I would play it again for sure!

Facility is cashless which can cause issues if no credit card

If you go out of bounds, you can sometimes get into some pretty deep sand!!! It's like hitting off a beach.

Always a good round here. Good layout and some nice, long holes.

We played only 9, but really enjoyed the course and the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, particularly with a GolfNow snafu. Course started easy and added some challenging water holes at the end of the 9. Would recommend to all levels of players.

Driving range incl. , cart , manicured course, tee boxes for different skill levels, good pace, attentive staff , f & b limited for easy tee times, what else is there ? (3 Handicap), my go to course in palm desert!!
