We love playing this course. It’s firm but fair. The Greens are difficult to read which makes a low score a bit more challenging. Overall a fun course.

Boring
Course was flat and boring.
Only 2 memorable holes.
Fairways were awful.
Greens were fine.

Course could have been more well cared for. Fairways ok but not spectacular greens in great shape

This is the worst course I played on this trip
This course is not worth the $137 I paid. The greens are interesting but too slow for a championship billed course.

Rude Ranger
Our foursome was having a great time for the first four holes. At the 5th hole tee box a ranger was waiting and told us very rudely that we were holding up play and that he received complaints. We were playing at a comfortable pace because we never even saw the group behind us. We did increase our pace for no reason at all because the group was rarely to be seen let alone held up. It was probably the group behind us that was holding up play. We won't play this course again. It is overpriced also.

Great greens
The staff was friendly as well as the people we played with. We started before the men's club but never felt rushed with our round. The course and the greens were in nice shape. I had a lot of edge burners that didn't fall but thought the ball tracked perfectly.

Palm Desert CC
This may be a legacy course in Palm Desert but I seems like it’s on its last legs. Fairways were inconsistent with nominal grasses to play from, with much of the fairways being lo-cut quite weeds.
Roughs looked like mowed weed patches.
Greens were OK. Bunkers were concrete. No driving range, just a batting cage. Good sized putting green and separate bunker/chipping practice area.
Played here 2-3 years ago and don’t remember it being in such disrepair.

The course runs through a neighborhood, and the signs are not good. The houses on the course are close to the fairway.
