Great staff

Played on a hot deal. Staff were the best thing about this golf course. From bag drop staff to the starter to pro shop staff we were impressed. . Good practice range. Pace was great as we played early in the morning. As for the course, Found the greens very slow. Course conditions were OK but the hot deal made it worth while. I would not pay rack rate to travel from Cape Coral to play this course. Looks like they are working to improve the course. Thank you again to great staff.

One of the best in the area

We love this course. Very nice and fast greens. The teeboxes #2 and #3 need some remaking.

Since a few days, there are all new very fast electric carts (Lithium) with GPS.

Loved the changes happening with the cart paths. The greens are really rolling nicely. The fairway bunkers should be filled in with grass and made grass bunkers.

Fun Birthday

Celebrated my birthday by playing 45 holes at Myakka. There are some interesting holes, but pretty standard Florida layout. Greens rolled true, but a bit slow, especially compared to Wellen Park (few miles away). Fairways, tee boxes and traps all decent. Very friendly staff.

Too many rules…such as you can’t take golf cart

into parking lot to load or drop off your clubs. We are over 80 with hip pain so this was unnecessary

extra walking! Also when we returned cart to bag drop, attendant was a bit snotty about returning

to wrong location. Correct procedure should be

more clearly indicated.
