Terrible. The tee boxes are
Grassless. We had to constantly look around for a spot that would hold the tee!
No grass. Some of the cart paths, also dirt, and poorly marked.
The greens are in rough shape, needs mowing.

We hadn’t play in 10 years so we chose easy course Narrow fairways and small greens. Fine 3 hour round.

Don’t waste your money or your time
Booked tee time on TeeOff site did not realize that it was a par 3 course, but gave it a shot anyway. Went off the back played 10,11,&12 went back in and asked for a refund.
No refund was given, said I could have a rain check, Y would I want a rain check if I was not going to come back. Played and hated every second of the 12 total holes I played.
So don’t waste your money or time
