Rained Out
PWCGC is an excellent course. Staff great. Unfortunately we got rained out before playing. Course staff submitted paperwork to get me a full refund. Awaiting the 3-5 day processing.
Dry
Fairways are not in good shape, some are almost completely brown and dead. This is sad as I never experienced this at this course until this year.
Great Local Course
I’m fortunate to have this course 15min up the road and love coming out to player here. Forgiving fairways, challenging layouts, greens can be tricky and overall great value. Love that they have a 9 hole with cart option at a better price for days I can only squeeze in a short round. Not the prettiest course but still a fantastic place to come out to.
Decent
I love that it's close to my house, but it's a little pricy for the value. No water coolers or dons johns. Also, no cart person. I'd go back, but not at full price.
Greens will punish you.
This course would get higher reviews except for the fact that you often leave knowing you hit the ball really well but couldn't score due to the greens. The average golfer shouldn't regularly hit greens in regulation just to see the ball roll off due to one of the crazy undulations. The prices are too high and the location is too far out to get beat up all around the course. To make it even worse they tend to put pin placements on the tops of ridges or 4 feet from the edge of a huge slope. This 10 handicapper ain't that good.
